Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.

This product comes with a 25 Years manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Pleased with the result

Solid choice for a hallway
Fitted this in our hallway last month and it's held up brilliantly. The French Grey colour is really versatile — goes with pretty much everything. Glues down flat and stays put, no lifting at the edges. Would order again.

Much better than expected for the price
Honestly expected this to look a bit cheap given the price point, but it actually looks really decent. The French Grey has a subtle texture to it that makes it look more expensive than it is. Glues down well, no bubbling. Fitted the landing and the top of the stairs — very pleased.
Took a bit longer than I expected to lay
Took longer to fit than I'd planned — probably a weekend job rather than a quick afternoon. But the end result is really clean. The colour is that perfect in-between grey that works with warm or cool tones. Four stars only because I wished it had come with a bit more guidance on adhesive coverage rates.

Slightly darker than the photos
The colour came up slightly darker than I expected from the website photos, but honestly I prefer it. It looks more substantial in real life. Fitted the kitchen extension without any problems — the glue-down method is straightforward once you've prepared the subfloor properly.

Needed something waterproof and hardwearing for the kitchen floor. This ticks both boxes. The French Grey is a timeless shade and it's easy to clean — wipes down a treat. Delivery was fast and everything arrived in good condition.
Our old carpet was a nightmare
Our old carpet in the living room was badly stained and we'd been putting off replacing it for years. This French Grey LVT has completely changed the space — it looks modern and clean. Glued down easily and feels stable underfoot. Very happy.
Nice floor, very happy
Used this in two rooms — the kitchen and the hallway. It flows really well between the two spaces. The grey is muted and classic, not one of those harsh cool greys that look clinical. Waterproof, which matters in both those rooms. Only tiny gripe is I had to order a second batch and there was a very slight shade variation between deliveries, but nothing noticeable once it was all laid.

Subtle grey, really works
The colour is more of a warm grey than a cool one, which suits our older property. Glued down with no fuss. We did the whole ground floor and it flows well between rooms. A couple of cuts near the doorframes were a bit fiddly but that's user error, not the product.

Solid, looks the part
Solid product, looks the part in our open-plan kitchen diner. The glue-down method takes a bit more effort than click systems but the result is a totally flat, seamless floor with no flex whatsoever. The grey is elegant without being stark. Will be ordering more for the hallway.

Wasn't sure about ordering flooring online but this arrived quickly, well packaged, and the colour is spot on. It's a cool, soft grey which photographs well but looks even better in person. Fitted the bathroom without any issues — the adhesive bonded really well to the subfloor.

Used this in the downstairs bathroom. Waterproof, obviously, which was the main requirement. The grey tone is sophisticated without being cold. Took a full afternoon to lay properly but the finish is clean and professional-looking.
Not the cheapest but worth it
Not the cheapest option I looked at, but the quality is noticeably good. The surface texture has a slight emboss to it which prevents it looking plasticky. It's been down in our kitchen for three months now and there's no sign of wear. Colour hasn't faded at all. Good long-term investment.
