Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.

This product comes with a 25 Years manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Wasn't sure about ordering flooring online but I'm so glad I did. The LVT arrived well packaged, the colour is beautiful — proper French oak, not plasticky — and laying it was surprisingly straightforward. Bedroom looks like a different house.
Wish there were more colour options
The French oak shade is lovely and we're really pleased with the result in the living room, but I did look at a few other colourways before settling on this. Would be nice to see a slightly greyer version. That said, this one has grown on us and the quality is great.
Smooth finish, easy to work with
As someone who's laid a fair bit of LVT over the years, I'd say this is one of the better glue-down options at this price. Cuts cleanly, lies flat straight away, and the French oak pattern has a nice natural variation — doesn't look repetitive.

Brilliant in the extension
Ran this through the new extension and into the dining room to create a continuous floor. Colour matched perfectly across both areas and it's stayed flat with no signs of movement. Very pleased.
Much better than the old tiles
Had horrible cold ceramic tiles in the utility room for years. This LVT has completely transformed it — warmer feel, much easier to keep clean, and the oak colour works brilliantly with the white units. Adhesion was straightforward once I prepped the subfloor properly.

Holds up really well in a busy house
We've got three kids and two dogs so the floor takes a battering. Been down six months and still looks as good as the day it went in. No scratches, no lifting, and it wipes clean in seconds. Genuinely impressed.
Took a bit longer to lay than expected but worth it
Spreading the adhesive evenly took some patience and I underestimated how long it would take to do the whole room. That said, the finished result is stunning — the French oak grain looks really authentic and it's held firm since day one. Would absolutely buy again.
Decent product, minor quibble
A couple of planks in the box had very slight surface marks — nothing visible once laid, but worth checking as you go. The overall result is excellent though and I'd order from here again without hesitation.
Our old carpet was grim
Our old carpet had been down for fifteen years and was beyond rescue. Pulled it up, prepped the floor, and glued this down over a weekend. The transformation is unbelievable — the room feels twice as big and ten times cleaner. Should have done it years ago.

The colour came up a touch lighter in person than it looked on screen, but honestly once it was down I preferred it — brighter and airier. Fits perfectly in the bedroom. Good product overall.

Not the quickest project but the result is worth it
Glue-down LVT takes more prep than click-lock if you haven't done it before — getting the adhesive coverage right and waiting for the tack took some patience. But once it's down, it's immovable and looks absolutely brilliant. The French oak grain is very natural looking and the waterproof properties are ideal for our open-plan kitchen-diner.
