Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.

This product comes with a 25 Years manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Solid choice for a rental property
Put this in a rental flat — needed something that looked decent, was easy to replace if needed, and could handle tenants. This does all of that. The grey oak is a nice neutral and the glue-down method keeps everything flat and secure.
Lovely in the conservatory
Chose this for our conservatory as we needed something waterproof and durable. The grey oak colour works really well with the white uPVC and garden views. Fitting was a bit fiddly around the door threshold but that's the room not the product. Really pleased with the result.

First time fitting LVT — no problems at all
Was worried about fitting it myself as I'd never done glue-down LVT before. Turns out it's dead easy. The tiles are a good size, the adhesive went on smoothly and after letting it cure overnight it's completely solid. Really happy with the look too.

Wish there were more shades
Really like the grey oak finish but I did spend a while wishing there was a slightly warmer version available before committing. That said, once it was down in the living room it looked better than I'd imagined. Fits well, glues down neatly.
Colour is gorgeous
The mellennium grey oak shade is exactly what I was looking for — sophisticated without being stark. Laid it in the bedroom and it's made the whole room feel bigger somehow. A few boards needed trimming carefully but nothing unexpected.
Slight colour variation but still happy
Slightly darker than the photos suggested but actually I prefer it in person — works better with our furniture. Easy to cut and lay, adhesion was excellent. Would still recommend.

Our old vinyl was peeling and awful — this has completely changed the space. Looks much more considered and the waterproof properties mean I don't worry about splashes near the washing machine. Dead easy to glue down too.
