Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.
Warranty
This product comes with a 25 Years manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Brilliant in the conservatory
Was worried about temperature fluctuations in the conservatory but this has held up really well. The colour is rich and consistent across the boards and it's been down six months now with zero issues.

Really pleased with the colour
Wasn't sure about ordering flooring online but the dark grey oak tone is spot on — matches our grey kitchen units perfectly. Glued down nicely and feels secure underfoot. Would order again.
Slightly darker than the photos online
Slightly darker in person than it looked on screen, but honestly I think I prefer it. Gives the room a more dramatic feel. Glued down without any problems and it's been solid ever since.
Solid choice for the price
Not the most expensive option out there but you genuinely can't tell once it's down. The oak grain is convincing and the grey tones work well with modern decor. Adhesion was straightforward with a decent floor adhesive.
Much better than expected
Honestly wasn't expecting a huge amount at this price point but it looks genuinely smart once it's down. The grey oak finish photographs well too — got lots of compliments after posting a pic of the room.
Good value for a rental property
Needed something durable and waterproof for a buy-to-let bathroom. This fits the bill perfectly — looks smart, easy to clean, and the glue-down method means tenants can't lift it. Couple of boards had very minor surface variation but nothing that affects the overall look.

Laid this myself — no issues at all
Was a bit nervous about the glue-down method having only ever done click flooring before, but it was straightforward. Made sure the subfloor was clean and level first. Looks great in our extension and feels very secure.
Exactly what we needed for the kitchen
