Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.

This product comes with a 20 Years manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Extension flooring done
Used this throughout our newly built extension. The walnut herringbone ties in beautifully with the rest of the house. 12mm laminate feels genuinely premium — no flex, no hollow sound. Fitter said it was a good product to work with too.

Couple of boards had minor marks
Overall really happy — the floor looks fantastic and the thickness is reassuring underfoot. Had a couple of boards with very faint surface marks but nothing that affected the finished look once laid. Would still buy again without hesitation.
Exactly what we needed
Fitted this in our open-plan dining room and it's completely changed the space. The herringbone pattern gives it a real character, much more interesting than the standard plank laminate we had before. Quality feels genuinely high-end — 12mm is noticeably thick and stable. Delivery was fast too.

Click system took getting used to
Took me a little while to get confident with the click-lock system — first few rows were slow going. Once I had the rhythm it was fine though, and the finished floor looks genuinely impressive. Walnut tone is warm and the herringbone gives the lounge a real character. Not the easiest DIY job but very much worth the effort.

Good quality laminate. Walnut finish is attractive and the herringbone adds a nice touch of elegance to what was previously a fairly plain hallway. Took a couple of hours to get into the rhythm of the pattern but it wasn't too difficult.

Pleasantly surprised
Wasn't sure about ordering flooring online but this arrived quickly and the quality is genuinely impressive for the price. Herringbone pattern is sharp and well defined — it looks far more expensive than it was. Fitting took a Saturday afternoon once I'd acclimatised it properly. Would recommend.

Much better than our old laminate
Much better than the cheap stuff we had before. You can feel the difference in quality straight away — the 12mm thickness gives it a really grounded feel. Herringbone pattern elevates the whole room.
Took longer than expected but worth it
Herringbone takes a fair bit more time to lay than straight planks — I underestimated that. But the end result is absolutely stunning. The walnut tone is rich and warm and the 12mm feels really solid. Guests keep commenting on it. Four stars only because I wish there were a couple more shade options in the range.

Fitted this in the master bedroom last weekend and I'm really chuffed with how it's turned out. Pattern is precise and the boards lock together well. Was worried about doing herringbone myself for the first time but it's actually quite logical once you get the hang of the angle cuts.

Really pleased with this
Slightly darker in person than it looked on screen, but actually I prefer it — more depth to the colour. Fits together really neatly and the click system is intuitive. Solid product.
