Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.

This product comes with a 20 Years manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Very pleased overall
Good quality laminate at a fair price. The herringbone style gives it a more bespoke feel than standard planks and I've had several compliments on it already. Took me slightly longer to fit than straight planks but nothing major — just takes a bit more thought at the cuts. Four stars only because I'd have liked a bit more guidance on the herringbone layout in the instructions.
Great herringbone look without the price tag of real wood
Was worried the herringbone pattern might look a bit try-hard but it really doesn't — it's subtle and elegant. The 12mm thickness gives it a really reassuring feel when you walk on it. Fitting took a bit of time because of the pattern but nothing a competent DIYer can't handle.
Exceeded expectations
Honestly didn't expect laminate to feel this good. The 12mm thickness is noticeable in the best possible way — no flex, no hollow tap, just solid and quiet. The herringbone pattern adds a real sense of craftsmanship to the room. Laid it in the dining room and it's transformed the space completely.
Hallway transformation
Our hallway used to look so tired and dated. Put this down over a weekend and it's like a completely different house. The colour is a lovely muted grey, not too cold, not too warm. Really pleased.

Laid this across our entire living room last weekend and honestly couldn't be happier. The grey tone is really versatile — picks up both the warm and cool colours in the room depending on the light. Feels genuinely solid underfoot, proper premium quality. Would absolutely buy again.
Good product, minor fuss with the pattern
The flooring itself is excellent — great colour, sturdy, looks fab. The herringbone layout does take a bit of planning to get right and I did have a few moments of confusion at the edges, but that's more about the format than any flaw in the product. Would still recommend it.
Almost perfect
Really nice product and I'm genuinely impressed with the quality for the price point. Only tiny gripe is I'd love a slightly warmer tone option in this herringbone style, but that's just personal taste. The flooring itself is great — solid, well-finished, easy to fit.
Lovely colour
The Century Grey is a really nice tone — not the blue-grey that can look harsh, more of a natural warm grey. Laid it in the conservatory and it works brilliantly with the light in there. Clicking together was straightforward once I got into the rhythm.

Kitchen flooring sorted
Needed something hardwearing for the kitchen and this has ticked every box so far. Looks smart, easy to clean, and the thickness means it doesn't feel like budget laminate at all. Very happy with the purchase.

This feels like proper flooring — the 12mm makes a real difference compared to the cheaper stuff we had before. No hollow sound when you walk on it, just a nice solid feel. The herringbone pattern in this grey shade looks genuinely high end. Guests keep asking if it's real wood.
Really nice but needed an extra pack
The product itself is lovely — beautiful colour and the quality is clearly there. Just wish I'd ordered a bit more to account for the herringbone cut waste, ended up having to order another small pack separately. That's my fault really, not the product's. Would definitely recommend ordering a bit extra with this pattern.
Landing and top of stairs — looks brilliant
Covered the upstairs landing and it's completely changed how that part of the house feels. The grey is sophisticated without being cold. At 12mm it feels really substantial, which you appreciate on a landing where you're constantly walking across it. Great buy.
Great for the bedroom
Replaced old carpet with this in the master bedroom and it's a massive improvement. Quiet underfoot, looks sleek, and the grey shade goes with everything. The click system was easy enough, even for a first-timer like me.
