Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.

This product comes with a 20 Years manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Stunning in the living room
Laid this across our living room last weekend and honestly couldn't be happier. The herringbone pattern looks so much more expensive than it was, and at 12mm it feels genuinely solid underfoot — nothing like the hollow feeling you get with cheaper boards. Really pleased with the whole thing.
Conservatory floor done
Put this down in the conservatory and it's brought the whole room to life. The herringbone layout looked daunting but was straightforward enough with a bit of planning. Really solid feel — no flex, no hollow sound when you walk on it. Delighted with it.

Nice floor, wish there were more shades
Quality is genuinely excellent — the boards feel thick and well-made and the finish has a nice natural variation to it. Only thing stopping me giving five stars is I'd have liked a slightly greyer tone to match our units, but the colour that's here is still lovely and it's grown on me.
Looks well above its price point
So I was a bit nervous ordering laminate online without seeing it in person first but I'm glad I went for it. The Royal Oak finish is a beautiful natural tone and the herringbone lay gives the bedroom a real boutique hotel feel. Solid as anything underfoot too.
Great product, minor learning curve
The floor itself is beautiful — the oak finish is warm and realistic looking, and the 12mm thickness gives it a really premium feel. Only reason I'm giving four stars is the herringbone click system took a bit of getting used to at first, but once I got the hang of it the rest went down a treat.

Excellent quality laminate
Been down about three months now in the dining room and still looking as good as the day we laid it. The 12mm boards are thick and sturdy — you can really tell the difference compared to the thinner stuff we had before. Pattern is lovely too, adds a real elegance to the room without going overboard.

A Great finish. Looks fabulous. Team were really helpful, the flooring I ordered was on a long lead for delivery so they suggested an alternative with a similar look.
Brilliant for the price
Didn't expect this level of quality at this price honestly. Laid it ourselves over a long weekend and it wasn't too tricky once you got into a rhythm with the herringbone pattern. Living room looks absolutely amazing.
Looks smart but takes patience to lay
The finished result is absolutely gorgeous — the herringbone gives the open-plan room a real sense of character. I'll be honest, getting the pattern lined up properly took longer than a standard plank floor would, but that's herringbone for you, not a fault of the product. The boards themselves are top quality.

Really happy with this purchase
Just finished laying this in the hallway and landing and it flows beautifully between the two. The 12mm thickness means it feels really grounded — no creaking, no give. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a premium laminate.
Bedroom upgrade complete
Replaced old carpet with this in the master bedroom and I genuinely wish I'd done it sooner. Warm oak tone, solid feel underfoot, and the herringbone pattern is an absolute statement. Looks like something from a design magazine.
Good quality, slight colour variation from photos
Overall very happy — the boards are thick, the click system is solid, and it's been down four months without any issues. The colour is marginally warmer in person than the photos suggested, but it actually works beautifully with our walls so no real complaint there. Four stars because I like to be precise!
