Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.

Does exactly what it should

Not the cheapest but worth it
You can absolutely see where the money goes with this one. The boards are weighty, the finish is realistic and it lays beautifully flat. We did the conservatory and landing in one go — about 30 square metres — and had minimal wastage. Wish there were one or two more colour variants in this range but the cinnamon oak is lovely.

Much better than expected
Was a bit nervous ordering flooring online without seeing it first but this exceeded expectations. The colour is exactly what we wanted — a nice mid-tone oak without being too yellow or too grey. Goes perfectly with our skirting boards. The 12mm is noticeably chunkier than our previous laminate and it feels much more like real wood. Already had compliments from visitors.
Perfect for our bedroom
Replaced the carpet in our master bedroom with this and it's made the room feel so much bigger and cleaner. The 12mm feels genuinely plush underfoot — not what I expected from laminate. Colour is beautiful, proper warm oak rather than the orange-y tone you sometimes get. Fitting was straightforward with the guides provided.
Impressive quality for the price
I've fitted a fair bit of laminate over the years and this is genuinely one of the better products I've come across at this kind of price. The 12mm boards are thick and feel very stable once locked together — no movement, no flex. The cinnamon oak finish has a lovely grain texture that photographs well too if you're doing any home staging. Couple of boards in the pack had very minor surface marks but nothing that affected the overall install. Really happy overall.
Great laminate, minor quibble
Fitted the downstairs loo and utility room with this. Quality is excellent — the boards feel substantial and the oak pattern is convincing. Only minor thing is I found the click system needed a bit more force than I'm used to, but once I adjusted my technique it was fine. End result looks fantastic and has had loads of comments from family.

Wasn't sure about the colour from the listing but it's spot on in real life. The boards are a good length and the surface texture feels authentic — not plasticky. Took longer to fit than expected around the bay window but the end result is stunning. Would buy again.

Hallway sorted
Fitted this in the hallway last Saturday. Took me about four hours on my own which isn't bad for a first timer. The 12mm thickness makes a real difference — you can feel it beneath your feet, none of that hollow tap you get with cheaper stuff. Colour's lovely too, warm tones that go with pretty much anything.

Nice warm colour
Slightly darker than it appeared on my monitor but I actually prefer it in person — richer and warmer. Fitted the dining room and it looks brilliant. Took a bit longer than anticipated to get the hang of the locking system on the first few rows but once it clicked (literally) it was plain sailing.
Fitted the extension — looks brilliant
We've just had a rear extension done and wanted flooring that looked expensive without breaking the budget entirely. This fits the bill. The cinnamon tone ties in nicely with our kitchen units and the thickness means it doesn't sound cheap when you walk on it. Fitter said it was one of the better laminates he'd worked with recently.
