The Elegant Grey Oak laminate floor has a subtle and refined appearance that creates a realistic wood effect design with a modern and elegant neutral tone to offer the best of both worlds.
As charming and striking as real wood, this high quality laminate floor is both more affordable and more practical. The surface also has an anti-bacterial coating and will look like new for many years to come without requiring maintenance treatments.
The planks measure 12mm in thickness and have 4-sided V-grooves for a more authentic look, with a textured surface enhancing the solid oak appearance further.
Part of our premium range, the floor is designed to perfectly handle the demands of busy rooms with heavy foot traffic, whether in residential or in commercial spaces with lengthy warranties to back this up.

Transformed the lounge
Wasn't sure about ordering flooring online but this has completely changed our living room. The grey oak finish looks genuinely high-end and at 12mm it feels really substantial underfoot — not the hollow clunky feel you sometimes get with cheaper laminate. Really pleased.
Happy with it
Does exactly what it says. Great value for a 12mm laminate.
Good stuff
Solid, looks the part. Fitted the hallway in a Saturday afternoon with no real fuss.
Solid underfoot, looks the part
Fitted this throughout the downstairs last month. At 12mm it feels genuinely substantial — no hollow sound when you walk on it, which was a big thing for me after our old budget stuff. The grey oak finish is spot on, not too cool or too dark. Really pleased.
Solid underfoot, looks the part
Fitted this in our living room last weekend. 12mm makes a real difference — feels substantial and high quality, nothing hollow about it. Really pleased with the grey oak finish too, it's exactly what the photos show.
Solid choice
Fitted this last weekend in the living room. 12mm feels genuinely substantial underfoot — proper premium feel, not that hollow sound you get with cheaper boards. Really pleased.
Solid underfoot, looks the part
Fitted this in the living room last weekend. 12mm feels genuinely substantial — proper quality feel, not hollow like some laminates I've laid before. Really pleased with how it's come out.
Solid choice for the living room
Fitted this last weekend across the living room and hallway. The 12mm thickness makes a real difference underfoot — proper substantial feel, nothing hollow about it. Colour's a lovely neutral grey that goes with pretty much everything. Dead easy click system too.
Solid laminate, does what it says

Solid laminate, very happy
Fitted this in the living room last weekend and it looks genuinely premium. The 12mm thickness makes a real difference underfoot — feels substantial, nothing like the thinner stuff we had before. Colour is spot on too.
Nice
Does exactly what it says on the tin.
Solid underfoot, looks the part
Fitted this throughout our hallway and into the living room last month. At 12mm you really notice the difference — feels genuinely substantial, nothing hollow about it. The grey oak tone is versatile too, works with pretty much any wall colour.
Solid choice for a spare room
Fitted this in the guest bedroom last month. Really impressed with how substantial it feels underfoot — that 12mm thickness makes a proper difference. Looks elegant too, the grey oak tone is spot on.
Good stuff
Does exactly what it says. Looks premium and the thickness is noticeable compared to cheaper stuff we've had before.
Solid laminate, really pleased
Fitted this throughout the hallway and into the living room. The 12mm thickness makes a real difference — feels substantial underfoot and doesn't flex at all. Colour is a lovely natural grey oak, not too cold, not too warm. Dead easy to click together too.
Solid stuff
Fitted this last weekend in the living room. 12mm feels really substantial underfoot — proper quality. Looks elegant without being too dark.
Does the job
Good quality laminate. Does the job well.
Solid underfoot, looks brilliant
Fitted this in the living room last weekend and couldn't be happier. The 12mm really does feel substantial — proper quality feel, not that hollow clunky sound you get with cheaper stuff. Colour is spot on too, very natural grey oak tone.
Solid underfoot, really pleased
Fitted this throughout the downstairs last week and it feels genuinely substantial — you can tell it's proper 12mm. The grey oak colour is spot on, not too cool or too warm. Really happy with it.
Solid underfoot, lovely finish
Fitted this throughout the lounge and hallway last weekend. 12mm makes a real difference — feels genuinely substantial, not that hollow sound you get with cheaper stuff. The grey oak colour is spot on, not too cold, not too warm. Really pleased with it.
Premium look without a premium price tag
Laid this throughout the ground floor — hall, living room and kitchen area. At 12mm it's got a really confident feel underfoot, not the hollow sound you get with thinner boards. The colour photographs beautifully but looks even better in person. Highly recommend.
Looks stunning in our living room
We had this laid throughout the living room and dining area and honestly couldn't be happier. The grey oak finish is really elegant — not too cold, not too warm. Feels genuinely solid underfoot, which you'd expect at 12mm. Would buy again without hesitation.
Hallway transformation
The hallway looks completely different — in the best way. The grey oak tone is modern without being too stark, and at 12mm it feels really substantial when you walk on it. Fitting was straightforward once I got the click system figured out. Really happy with the result.
Looks great in the kitchen
Not usually one to leave reviews but felt this deserved one. Kitchen looks smart and modern now. The grey tone is sophisticated and the surface seems very hardwearing. AC5 rating was a big factor for me given it's a busy room.
Solid and stylish
Bought this for the conservatory and it's held up brilliantly. Looks expensive, feels sturdy, and the AC5 rating gives me confidence it'll last. Very pleased.
Decent laminate, small gripe
Good quality flooring overall and the colour is lovely. Only thing I'd say is I wish there were a couple more shade options in the grey range — something slightly warmer would've been ideal for our bedroom. That said, this one still looks great and feels very well made.
Really pleased overall, minor wish
The quality is genuinely impressive and the grey oak colour is exactly what I wanted. Only tiny thing is I'd love if it came in longer plank lengths — but that's a very minor point. The room looks fantastic.
Really good laminate
Bought this after seeing it in a friend's house. Just as impressed with it in my own space. The 12mm thickness means it feels really solid — none of that clicky hollow sound. Grey oak colour is versatile enough to work with loads of different interiors.
Good, just took a bit to get the hang of fitting
The flooring itself is really nice — solid feel and a good-looking finish. I'm a fairly experienced DIYer but the click system on the first few rows took a little adjusting to. Once I got my technique right it went down smoothly. End result is great.
Amazing
Sorry for the late review Absolutely amazing flooring put it down all the way through the house been put down a year now and still as new
Great for the price
Honestly I wasn't expecting it to feel this good. 12mm makes it feel really premium — substantial and quiet underfoot. The oak pattern looks realistic too, not plasticky at all.
Happy customer
Got this laid in the open-plan kitchen and living area. The shade works perfectly with our grey walls — ties everything together nicely. Quality feels premium for the price point.
Solid product, fitting took a bit of patience
Really like the finished look — colour is exactly as shown online and the quality is clearly there. I did find the click system needed a bit of patience around the doorways, but that's more about the room than the product. Would still recommend.
Outstanding flooring
This is genuinely one of the best purchases I've made for the house. Laid it in the landing and upstairs hallway and it flows beautifully. Heavy, well-made boards that feel like they'll last years. The grey oak is timeless.
Does the job beautifully.
Simple as that — looks great, feels great, went down without any fuss.
Brilliant from start to finish
From ordering to fitting to the finished floor — everything about this was smooth. The colour is spot on, it feels genuinely premium underfoot, and it's made our living room look like a completely different space. Absolutely over the moon with it.
Bedroom flooring done
Laid this in two bedrooms over the weekend. Straightforward enough to fit — just take your time with the first row. Looks brilliant, very happy.
Great buy
Really pleased with this. Solid, looks premium, and the colour is spot on for our hallway.
Love it
This flooring has completely lifted our downstairs. Colour is gorgeous — that perfect muted grey oak that works with pretty much any décor. Feels very solid underfoot. Couldn't ask for more.
Exactly what I was hoping for
Just finished laying this in the bedroom and it's come out beautifully. The planks are a nice wide format and the grain detail looks convincing. 12mm makes a real difference — no hollow sound when you walk on it.
Nearly perfect
Fantastic product and really straightforward to fit. I'd give it five stars but I did notice very slight variation in shade between a couple of packs — nothing visible once it was laid, but worth ordering all you need at once to be safe. End result is stunning.
Transformed our hallway
So impressed. The hallway was tired and dated and this has made it look completely different. Visitors always comment on it now. Solid, well-made product.
5 stars - very happy
Quality product, really happy with how it looks in my house. Would definitely recommend.
