Acclimatisation
On delivery, check the outer packaging for any visible damage before signing — you don't need to open every pack. Then allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting, keeping packs sealed and laid flat.

This product comes with a 30 Years manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

The distressed oak look is convincing too, not plasticky. Took me a weekend solo but the click system is straightforward once you get your eye in.
Took longer than expected but worth it
Underestimated how long it would take to fit around the kitchen units and doorways — took us two full days rather than one. But now it's down it looks absolutely brilliant. The 12mm boards feel really solid, no flex at all. Colour is spot on too.
Not quite what I pictured
The boards look a bit more grey-toned in person than they appeared online — I was expecting warmer oak tones. They're not bad looking, just different to what I'd planned my room around. A few of the boards also took a bit of coaxing to click together properly. Looks OK from a distance though and the quality seems solid enough.

Absolutely love this! Went throughout our new extension and it ties the whole space together beautifully. The oak finish is warm and natural-looking. Fitting was straightforward and delivery arrived exactly when they said it would.
Fine for a spare room
It's decent enough flooring. Looks nice, the distressed effect is convincing. My only reservation is it feels slightly hollow in the middle section of the room — though that might be my subfloor. Wouldn't hesitate to put it in a spare bedroom or office, probably think twice before using it as my main lounge floor though.
Living room transformation
Our old carpet was horrible — this has completely changed the room. The 12mm thickness makes a real difference, feels solid when you walk on it. Took me and my brother-in-law a full day to lay the lounge but the click system is fairly intuitive once you get going. Couple of boards near the skirting were a bit fiddly but the end result is stunning.

Would've given five stars but a couple of boards in the pack had very slight edge damage — nothing that affected the final result though.
