New England Oak Premium 3mm LVT Glue Down Vinyl Plank Flooring
Fancy the look of real oak without the fuss of actual wood? Say hello to New England Oak Premium 3mm LVT — a gorgeous medium brown vinyl plank that brings warmth and character to any room in your home. Whether it's a busy kitchen, a splash-prone bathroom, or a hallway that takes a daily battering, this flooring has got you covered.
The standout feature here is simple: it's 100% waterproof. Spills, splashes, muddy paws — no problem. The 0.5mm wear layer means it's built tough enough to handle heavy foot traffic and still look fantastic for years to come. The realistic oak grain and natural colour variations give you that proper wood aesthetic, without the maintenance headaches that come with timber.
Each plank measures 187mm x 1227mm x 3mm thick, and every pack contains 14 planks covering 3.21m² — handy to know when you're calculating how much you need. Installation is a glue-down dry-back method, giving you a super stable, professional finish that's not going anywhere.
Backed by a lifetime residential warranty, New England Oak Premium is a brilliant choice of waterproof oak LVT flooring for living rooms, kitchens, and beyond. Real wood looks, zero real wood worries.
Acclimatisation
On delivery, check the outer packaging for any visible damage before signing — you don't need to open every pack. Then allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting, keeping packs sealed and laid flat.
Warranty
This product comes with a Lifetime manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Lovely finish
So pleased with how this turned out in the hallway. The New England Oak colour is spot on — warm but not too orange. Laid it myself over a weekend, the glue-down process was straightforward once I got the hang of the spacing. Looks really smart.
