As a 100% waterproof glue down LVT, this is a brilliant choice for kitchens, bathrooms, hallways, and utility rooms — basically anywhere life gets a little messy. Kids, pets, muddy boots? No problem. Just wipe and go. It's also a fantastic dark oak vinyl plank flooring option for living rooms and open-plan spaces where you want to make a real style statement.
The 0.5mm wear layer gives you serious durability underfoot, and with a lifetime residential warranty backing it up, you can lay it and forget about it. Each plank measures 187mm x 1227mm x 3mm thick, and every pack covers 3.21m² with 14 planks included — handy for working out exactly how many packs you need.

Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.

Fine for a utility room, wouldn't use it in the lounge
Looks decent and went down without too much fuss. For a utility room it's absolutely fine — practical, easy to clean, does the job. I wouldn't say it's a premium feel underfoot but at this price point I wasn't expecting that. Colour is nice though.

Was worried about fitting LVT myself but it was actually dead easy. The adhesion was good, no bubbling or lifting after a few weeks. Colour matches the photos well — that smoky oak tone is lovely and natural-looking.
