Washington Light Grey PREMIUM 3mm LVT Glue Down Vinyl Plank Flooring
If you're after a cool, contemporary look that can handle whatever life throws at it, say hello to the Washington Light Grey PREMIUM 3mm LVT. This glue down vinyl plank flooring delivers a stunning light grey oak finish with beautifully realistic grain detail — all the style of real wood, none of the stress.
The star of the show? It's 100% waterproof, making it an absolute no-brainer for kitchens, bathrooms, hallways, and utility rooms. Muddy boots, splashy baths, pet mishaps — Washington takes it all in its stride. The 0.5mm wear layer keeps it looking sharp in even the busiest of households, and a lifetime residential warranty means you can relax once it's down.
Each plank measures 187mm x 1227mm at a solid 3mm thickness, with 14 planks per pack covering 3.21m² — making it nice and straightforward to work out how much you need. The glue down installation method gives you a firm, professional-grade finish that stays rock solid underfoot for years to come.
Whether you're searching for light grey LVT flooring for a modern kitchen, a sleek hallway, or an open-plan living space, Washington Light Grey is a seriously stylish choice that ticks every practical box too.
Acclimatisation
On delivery, check the outer packaging for any visible damage before signing — you don't need to open every pack. Then allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting, keeping packs sealed and laid flat.

This product comes with a Lifetime manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Lovely finish
Looks stunning in our kitchen.
Does the job perfectly
Fitted this in our utility room last month and it's holding up brilliantly. Glues down flat, no movement at all. The light grey tone is exactly what we wanted — clean and modern without being cold. Really pleased.

Does exactly what it should
Fitted this in our downstairs bathroom last month and it's been spot on. Glues down nicely, no movement at all, and the light grey colour works really well with the white tiles. Waterproof obviously helps in a wet room.

Looks smart in the hallway
Fitted this a few weeks ago and really happy with the result. The light grey tone is spot on — not too cold, not too washed out. Went down well with the glue and hasn't shifted at all.
