The Alaskan Dark Oak PREMIUM 3mm LVT delivers all the drama of deep, natural oak grain with absolutely none of the fuss — and it's 100% waterproof, making it a brilliant choice for kitchens, bathrooms, hallways, and busy family living spaces.
Each plank measures 187mm x 1227mm and comes in at a solid 3mm thickness, giving you a reassuringly sturdy feel underfoot. The 0.5mm wear layer offers excellent protection against scratches, scuffs, and the daily chaos that kids and pets inevitably bring. Each pack covers 3.212m² and contains 14 planks, so it's easy to calculate exactly what you need.
Installation is a clean glue-down dryback method — ideal if you're after a super-stable, permanent finish that won't shift or lift over time. Backed by a lifetime residential warranty, this is dark oak LVT flooring you can genuinely rely on for the long haul.

Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.

Looks nice and the colour is lovely — proper dark oak, warm rather than cold. For a spare bedroom it's perfectly good. I probably wouldn't put it in the living room where it gets heavy traffic but for this use case it's been absolutely fine.

Was a bit nervous ordering flooring online but this has been great. The dark oak colour is rich and warm — looks far more expensive than it was. Adhesion was straightforward and it's holding up well in a busy kitchen. Really pleased.
Great look, easy to lay
Colour is spot on. Easy to cut, glued down cleanly, and looks really sharp in our extension. Couple of boards had very minor edge marks from the packaging but nothing visible once down. Would recommend.
Not quite what I expected
The colour in person is quite a bit darker than the photos online suggested — nearly charcoal in low light. It's not bad looking, just not what I was going for. Adhesion is good and it's laid flat, so no complaints there. Just wish I'd ordered a sample first.

Went in our downstairs bathroom. Waterproof properties are exactly what we needed, and the dark oak finish is really attractive. Laid it myself over a weekend — no professional needed.

Was a bit hesitant about going for glue-down over click, but honestly it wasn't as daunting as I expected. The adhesion is solid and the Alaskan Dark Oak shade is exactly what we wanted — deep, moody, and really smartens up the room. Good value for money.
