Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.

This product comes with a 15 Years manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Finally took the plunge with herringbone
I'd been umming and ahhing about herringbone for ages worrying it would look too fussy. It doesn't. It looks incredible. The oak tone is understated and elegant, and the 12mm thickness gives a really confident feel underfoot. So glad I went for it.
Great value for money
For the price I paid I expected decent but not exceptional — this is genuinely exceptional. The 12mm feels properly thick and sturdy, the oak finish is beautiful, and the whole room looks transformed. Brilliant purchase.

Lovely floor, took patience to lay
Herringbone always takes more time than a straight lay and this was no different — definitely a weekend job rather than an afternoon. But the result is stunning and the boards themselves are really well made. Good, thick, quality laminate.

Stunning in the hallway

Perfect for the living room
This flooring is brilliant. The Albany Oak finish is warm and natural-looking, not plasticky at all. At 12mm it feels substantial — proper solid underfoot. Really happy.
Good product, wish there were more shade options
The Albany Oak is a lovely colour but I spent a while wishing there was a slightly lighter version available too. That said, once it was down I actually think this tone works better than I'd imagined. Quality is excellent and the thickness makes it feel really luxurious.
Bedroom transformation
Put this down in the master bedroom and it looks absolutely lovely. The colour is a warm mid-oak, not too yellow, not too grey — just right. The 12mm thickness means it feels really premium underfoot, no hollow sound when you walk on it.

This is proper premium laminate. At 12.3mm it has a genuinely solid feel — no flex, no hollow clunk when you walk. The herringbone pattern is crisp and the oak finish looks convincingly real. Brilliant product.

Conservatory upgrade
Used this in the conservatory to replace some tired old carpet and honestly can't believe what a difference it's made. The room feels so much bigger and more modern. The Albany Oak colour is warm without being orange — really natural looking.
Happy with this
Good quality laminate, arrived quickly and the finish is really nice. Only reason I haven't given five stars is I'd love a slightly wider plank option in the same style, but that's just personal preference. The floor itself is excellent.
Great floor, minor learning curve
Really pleased with the finished result. The click system took a little getting used to at first — took me a bit longer than expected to get the hang of the herringbone layout — but once I was in the rhythm it went down smoothly. Lovely quality for the price.

Good but a couple of colour variations in the batch
Overall really happy with the floor — it looks fantastic and feels very solid at 12mm. Just noticed a small number of boards were slightly darker than the rest, which I assume is just the natural variation in the print. It's barely noticeable once it's all down but worth being aware of.
Herringbone done right
I was a bit nervous about laying herringbone for the first time but the planks clicked together really nicely. The oak finish is gorgeous — very realistic grain pattern. Our dining room looks like something out of a magazine now. Quality feels top-notch for a laminate.
Looks expensive, isn't
Genuinely couldn't be happier with how this looks in our living room. Guests keep asking if it's real wood and it really does have that premium feel to it.
Landing looks incredible
Just finished laying this on the landing and it's made such a difference. The herringbone pattern draws the eye and the Albany Oak colour works perfectly with our neutral walls. Really pleased with the quality.
