Acclimatisation

Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.

Warranty

This product comes with a 15 Years manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Lovely product, wish there were more shade options

The Oregon Oak is a beautiful finish and the flooring itself is top quality — really substantial feel underfoot. Only reason for four stars is I'd have loved a slightly darker variant. Still, very pleased with the result in our conservatory.

Bedroom looks incredible now

Replaced the carpet in the master bedroom with this and honestly it looks like a completely different room. Warm oak tone, gorgeous herringbone pattern, and because it's 12mm it doesn't feel like budget laminate at all — there's real weight and quality to it.

Took a bit of getting used to the click system

Flooring itself is excellent — looks beautiful, feels solid, very happy with the colour. Docking it one star only because the click mechanism needed a bit of force at first, but once I got into the rhythm it was fine. End result is gorgeous.

Good but took patience to lay
