Acclimatisation

Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.

This product comes with a 15 Years manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Very pleased with this

Gone down in the dining room and the whole space feels more upscale now. The 12mm boards don't flex or creak, and the oak grain looks really authentic. Fitting was manageable as a DIY job — took two of us a day and a half. Genuinely high quality for the money.

Four stars — great product

Happy with this overall. The colour is really nice — warm and natural — and the 12mm thickness is noticeable in a good way. I just wish the boards were slightly longer but that's purely personal preference. Would still recommend to anyone looking for a quality laminate.

Fantastic hallway floor

Our hallway takes a real battering with three kids and a dog, and this floor is holding up brilliantly so far. The oak finish hides dirt reasonably well and it still looks as good as when we laid it six months ago. Really glad we went for the 12mm — feels like it'll last.

Good laminate, minor gripe

Really happy with this overall — the quality is excellent for the price and it looks gorgeous in our lounge. Only reason I'm giving four stars is I wish there were a couple more shades in the Albany range to choose from. That said, the oak colour is lovely and goes with our decor really well.

The floor itself is fantastic — great colour, very thick and sturdy, and it was fairly easy to fit. I'm giving four stars just because I found the click system needed a bit of firm pressure to get right, but once I got used to it the rest went down a treat. Really nice product.
