Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.

This product comes with a 25 Years manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Landing and stairs area
Used this on the landing and it looks absolutely brilliant. The herringbone pattern creates a real statement and the quality is clearly there — thick, quiet underfoot, and very well finished. Would recommend to anyone.
Living room transformation
We replaced tired old carpet with this and the difference is unbelievable. The oak colour is warm and natural-looking, not plasticky or fake. The 12mm boards feel genuinely premium — there's a real solidity to each step. Fitting took a bit of patience to get the herringbone pattern started correctly but once you're going it's fine. Very happy.

Looks lovely, slight planning needed
The floor itself is gorgeous — really warm tone and the herringbone adds something special. Knocking one star off only because the herringbone layout does require more careful planning and cutting than standard plank flooring, so factor that in if you're a first-time DIYer. End result is worth the effort though.
Exactly what I hoped for
This flooring is just lovely. The Linford Oak colour is a really nice mid-tone — not too yellow, not too grey. Feels very substantial underfoot thanks to the 12mm build. Fitted it in the living room and landing and it flows beautifully.
Beautiful floor for the open plan kitchen
We went with this for our open plan kitchen and living area and it's absolutely perfect. The colour is warm and inviting, the pattern looks really high-end, and the 12mm boards are rock solid. Had a fitter put it down and he commented on how good the boards were to work with. Couldn't be happier.
Premium feel throughout
Fitted this throughout the ground floor and it ties every room together beautifully. The 12mm thickness is noticeable in the best way — really substantial, no creaking, no movement. The herringbone pattern looked daunting to fit at first but if you plan it out properly it's very manageable. Absolutely delighted with the result.

Four stars only because I ordered a sample first and the actual floor came up slightly warmer in tone — still beautiful, just worth ordering samples to check in your own lighting.
Good but wish there were more colour options
Really happy with the quality — it's thick, it's sturdy, and the herringbone pattern looks fantastic in our kitchen diner. Only reason I'm not giving five stars is I'd have loved a slightly darker shade option. The Linford Oak is lovely but a deeper tone would've suited the room even better. That said, everyone who visits asks about the floor so it can't be bad!

Solid product, minor learning curve
Beautiful floor, love the herringbone look in our dining room. Only giving four stars because it took me a good while to get my head around the click system at first — nothing major, just needed a bit of practice. Once I got going it was fine and the end result is gorgeous.

So pleased with how this has come out. We had a tiler lay it for us and he said it was a good quality board to work with. The result is stunning — looks like something out of a showroom.
