Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.

This product comes with a 25 Years manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Beautiful pattern
The herringbone design is just stunning. I'd been nervous about whether it would look too fussy in a small hallway but it actually makes the space feel bigger and more considered. Colour is exactly as shown in the photos online.
Looks expensive, isn't
Exactly what I wanted. The Romford Oak shade is really versatile — goes with pretty much any decor. Feels substantial underfoot which I wasn't expecting at this price point. Great buy.

Stunning herringbone pattern
Laid this in our living room last month and honestly couldn't be happier. The herringbone pattern gives the room a really premium feel and the 12mm thickness is noticeably solid underfoot — nothing flimsy about it at all. Took a weekend to fit but the click system was straightforward enough.

Good floor, wish there were more shade options
Really happy with the quality — it's solid, well-made, and the herringbone look is elegant. Docking one star only because I'd have loved a slightly darker oak option to match my skirting boards. Still looks great though and I've had loads of compliments from visitors.

Very impressed with the quality
The 12mm makes a real difference — you can feel it when you walk on it compared to the cheaper stuff we had before. The herringbone pattern is laid out clearly and the planks fit together nicely. Our open-plan kitchen and dining area looks like something out of a magazine now, not even exaggerating.
Took slightly longer to click together than I'd hoped
The floor itself looks absolutely brilliant — rich oak tone and the herringbone pattern adds real elegance to our dining room. I'll admit the click fitting took me a little getting used to compared to other laminates I've used, but once I got the hang of it the rest went down quickly. Overall very pleased.
Nice floor, fitting took a bit longer than expected
Really love how it looks once it's down — the herringbone layout adds a lot of character to the room. Only reason I'm giving four stars is that the herringbone pattern requires a bit more planning and cutting than a standard lay, so budget extra time if you're doing it yourself. End result is brilliant though.
Hallway transformation
Our hallway went from tired carpet to this and it's like a different house. The oak colour is warm and natural-looking, not plasticky at all. Really pleased with how it's holding up to the daily traffic too.
