Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.

This product comes with a 25 Years manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Looks brilliant
Lovely floor.
Slightly darker in person but love it
Colour came up a touch darker than the website photos suggested, but honestly I prefer it — warmer and cosier than expected. Quality is excellent, really solid underfoot. Landing and bedroom both done now and they look brilliant.
Premium feel for the price
Wasn't expecting laminate to feel this good underfoot but the 12mm really does make a difference. Fitted it in the living room over a weekend — click system is straightforward once you get into the rhythm. The oak pattern is realistic, not plasticky. A few neighbours have assumed it's real wood.

Wish there were more colour options
The noble oak is a lovely warm tone and the floor itself is great quality. Only reason I haven't given five stars is I'd love to see a greyer or cooler-toned version in the same range. As a product though, no complaints — solid, looks great, fitted easily.

Transformed our hallway completely
Our old carpet in the hallway was dark and tired-looking — this herringbone pattern has completely changed the feel of the whole ground floor. The 12mm thickness is noticeable underfoot, genuinely solid and substantial. Took a weekend to fit but well worth the effort. Really pleased.
Bedroom transformation
So pleased with how the bedroom has turned out. The herringbone pattern gives it a boutique hotel feel and the 12mm thickness means it's genuinely comfortable underfoot. Click system was easy enough for a first-time DIYer. Took a whole day but the result speaks for itself.

Living room done
Fitted this last weekend in the living room and it's come up beautifully. The herringbone adds a real design element that a straight lay just wouldn't give you. Boards are thick and sturdy — no bounce or flex at all. Colour matches the photos well. Really pleased with this.
Not the cheapest but you can see where the money goes
Spent a while comparing options before going with this one. It's not the bargain end of the market but the quality is obvious — 12mm feels genuinely premium, not hollow. The oak finish is convincing and the herringbone really elevates a fairly plain room. Long-term investment, this one.
First time fitter — very manageable
Was worried about laying herringbone for the first time but once I watched a couple of videos and got the hang of the click system it was fine. The 12mm boards feel premium and the pattern looks proper professional now it's down. Did the hallway and it's completely transformed the house.
Much better than our previous laminate
Our old 8mm laminate always felt a bit hollow and cheap. This 12mm is a completely different experience — you can feel the quality the moment you step on it. The herringbone pattern in the dining room has had loads of compliments from visitors. Properly pleased with it.

Took longer than expected but stunning result
Herringbone is definitely more fiddly to lay than a straight run — took me three days rather than the one I'd planned. That said, the finished floor looks absolutely spectacular. The noble oak colour is warm and rich. Couldn't be happier with how the lounge has turned out.
Really happy with this purchase
Ordered for our open-plan kitchen and dining area. The herringbone layout takes a bit more planning than a standard lay but the result is absolutely worth it — looks incredibly smart. The boards feel hefty and well-made, no flexing or hollow sound when you walk on it. Would recommend without hesitation.
Perfect for the extension
