Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.

Herringbone detail really elevates it
Bought this for our extension which gets a lot of foot traffic. A few weeks in and it's holding up really well — no scratches, no lifting. The herringbone pattern does make it trickier to fit yourself if you've not done it before, but there are good tutorials online. End result looks like something out of a show home.
Landing and top of stairs sorted
Used this on our upstairs landing and it's made such a difference to what was a dark and dull space. The grey oak brightens it up without going too light. Feels substantial when you walk on it — that 12mm thickness really does count. Delivery was quick too.

Was worried about fitting herringbone pattern as a DIY job — turns out it's manageable if you take your time and plan the layout first. The click system is straightforward. Looks absolutely fantastic in our dining room, very pleased with the quality.

Herringbone is more time-consuming than I'd anticipated — took the whole weekend rather than a day. That said, the end result is absolutely gorgeous and the quality of the boards themselves is excellent. Clicks together cleanly and the finish is really nice. Four stars only because I wished I'd been more prepared for the complexity of the pattern.

Stunning herringbone pattern
Fitted this across our open-plan kitchen and dining room last month and it's completely transformed the space. The herringbone pattern looks genuinely high-end — guests keep asking if we've had it professionally installed. At 12mm it feels really solid underfoot, no hollow sound at all. Took a bit longer to lay than standard plank flooring because of the pattern matching, but absolutely worth the extra effort. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
Happy with the living room
Replaced tired carpet in our living room with this and couldn't be more pleased. The 12mm thickness makes a real difference — feels like proper flooring, not that tinny stuff you sometimes get with cheaper laminate. The herringbone layout took my husband and his mate most of a Saturday to do but the result is stunning. Slightly darker in person than the photos suggested but actually I prefer it — looks more sophisticated.

Our old carpet was a nightmare
Our old carpet was grubby and impossible to keep clean with two dogs. This is an absolute revelation — spills just wipe off, it looks immaculate even after muddy paws. The herringbone adds a real touch of class and the 12mm base means it doesn't feel flimsy at all. Could not be happier.
