Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.

Does the job nicely
Decent looking floor, glued down without drama. Colour is as advertised.
Transformed the room
Our old carpet was absolutely dire — had it for fifteen years and it was showing every single one of them. This has completely changed the feel of the lounge. The Rich Oak finish is warm without being too orange, which was my main concern. Laid it myself with my brother-in-law over a Saturday and we had no major issues. Dead pleased with it.

Fitted the landing and hallway over one afternoon
Make sure you acclimatise it properly first — left it in the room for 48 hours before laying. Went down really cleanly after that. The colour is a nice mid-tone oak, not too light and not too yellow. Looks great under both natural and artificial light. Good purchase.
Solid glue-down, looks the part

Much better than our old laminate
The previous floor was cheap laminate that looked terrible after two years. This is a completely different product — waterproof, easy to clean and the embossed oak texture looks far more realistic than anything we had before. Bit of patience needed when gluing down the edges but nothing a YouTube video won't sort. Four stars only because I wish there were a few more colour variants in this range.

Perfect for our hallway

Not the cheapest option but you can see the quality
Spent a while comparing products before settling on this one. The embossed finish is genuinely convincing and the waterproof performance in our kitchen has been excellent — had a few spillages already and not a mark. Took longer to fit than I budgeted for but the end result is worth every minute. The room looks properly done now.
Kitchen floor sorted
Fitted this across the kitchen and utility room last weekend. Adhesion was really straightforward — followed the instructions and it went down without any fuss. The oak embossing looks genuinely convincing, far better than I expected at this price point. Waterproof properties are exactly what I needed in that room. Would buy again without hesitation.
Great for our extension
Needed something waterproof for the new extension which runs into a wet room area. This ticked all the boxes. The embossed finish gives it a realistic wood feel underfoot and it photographs really well — got loads of compliments when we showed people the finished space. Gluing down was a bit of a faff initially but once you get your rhythm it's fine.
Fitted it myself — no problem at all
Was worried it would be tricky given it's glue-down rather than click, but actually found it easier than I expected. The key is taking your time with the adhesive spread. Looks brilliant in our conservatory — warm oak tones suit the room perfectly and it wipes clean in seconds.
Wasn't sure about ordering flooring online
Turns out it's absolutely fine. The colour is spot on — matches the photos on the website very closely. I used it in the downstairs loo and it's made such a difference. The embossing detail is lovely, gives it that real wood look without the hassle of maintaining actual wood in a wet room. Happy customer.
Slightly darker than the photos but actually prefer it
When it arrived I thought it looked a bit darker than expected, but honestly once it was laid across the whole bedroom floor it looked stunning. The richer tone works really well with our white skirting boards. A few boards needed a bit of trimming around the doorframe but that's standard with any floor fitting. Really happy overall.
