Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.

Nice floor, good price.
Good for a rental property
Fitted this in a buy-to-let — needed something durable, waterproof, and easy to clean. This ticks all the boxes. The glue-down method means nothing is going to shift around. Looks decent too, tenants were pleased.

Really happy with the finish
Was worried about ordering flooring online without seeing it in person but the colour is exactly as shown. The glue-down method is new to me — I'd always used click before — but once I got the hang of spreading the adhesive evenly it went down a treat. The embossed texture looks very realistic. Bedroom looks completely different now.
Lovely colour
Lovely colour. Warmer than expected but in a good way.
Bit more work than I expected but worth it
Wasn't the quickest thing I've ever laid — had to prep the subfloor carefully and the adhesive needed time to tack off properly. But the end result is genuinely stunning. The embossed grain detail catches the light beautifully. Definitely glad I went with this one.
Much better than the old carpet
Ripped out a dark carpet that had been down for years and replaced it with this throughout the living room. The room is so much brighter and airier now. The honey oak tone picks up nicely on the light coming through the patio doors. Really pleased.
Kitchen and dining area
Used this to run through the kitchen and into the dining area — about 28 square metres in total. The honey oak shade ties the two spaces together really nicely. Took me a full day to lay solo but it wasn't difficult, just time-consuming. Looks brilliant now it's done.
Slightly darker in real life but still love it
Colour came up a touch darker than the website photo suggested, but honestly it works better for our room anyway — feels cosier. Went down well on the kitchen floor and has been easy to keep clean. Would still recommend.
Really pleased with this
Fitted this across the kitchen last weekend and honestly couldn't be happier. The honey oak tone is warm without being too orange — really natural looking. Glued down without any hassle and it's stayed perfectly flat since. Great buy.
Transformed the downstairs loo
Our downstairs loo had tired old tiles that were freezing in winter. Put this down instead and the whole room feels so much better. The embossed texture gives it a really convincing wood look up close. Waterproof which was the main thing we needed.
