Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.

This product comes with a 20 Years manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Slight colour difference from photos but still happy
It came out a touch darker than the images suggested online, but honestly I think it looks even better in person. Really rich tone. Gluing down was fiddly in the corners but the finish is excellent. Would still buy again.
Happy with this purchase
Good quality LVT, realistic wood effect, and waterproof which was a must for our kitchen diner. The glue-down method is a bit more involved than click systems but the result is a much flatter, more stable floor with zero flex.

Much better than our old carpet
Our old carpet in the living room had seen better days. This has completely transformed the space — the aged oak tone is warm and really suits the room. Took an afternoon to lay with two of us doing it.

Looks brilliant in the hallway
Fitted this last weekend and honestly couldn't be happier. The aged oak finish looks really authentic — not plasticky at all. Glued down easily and it's rock solid underfoot. Perfect choice for a high-traffic area.

Kitchen floor sorted
Was nervous about glue-down for the first time but it was actually straightforward. The oak embossing adds a really nice texture to it — looks far more expensive than it was. Waterproof too which was the whole point for the kitchen.
Perfect for our downstairs loo
Small room so a bag went a long way. The waterproof properties were the main selling point for us, and the aged oak pattern looks far more premium than the price suggests. Pleased with it.
Extension flooring sorted
We had a new single-storey extension put on and needed flooring that could handle the underfloor heating we'd had installed. This was recommended as compatible and it's performed really well. No warping, no lifting, stays firmly in place. The oak look ties in nicely with the rest of the house.

A few boards had minor surface marks
Out of the boxes we had, a couple of planks had faint marks near the edges — nothing major and mostly hidden once laid. The overall finish once down looks great though. Colour is exactly what I was after, and the embossed texture feels premium.
Wasn't sure about ordering flooring online but this was fine
Always a bit of a gamble buying flooring without seeing it in person, but the colour matched the description well and the quality is solid. Glued down with no issues. Nice embossed grain detail on the surface — adds to the realism.
Fitted this in the bedroom — looks class
Swapped out the old laminate for this and it's a big upgrade visually. The aged oak effect gives it character without looking fake. Spreading the adhesive takes a bit of patience but once it's down, it's down for good.
Really happy with the result
So pleased with how the conservatory has turned out. This flooring gives it a proper lounge feel rather than looking like a lean-to. Glued down without any drama and has stayed perfectly flat through some big temperature swings.
Took longer to lay than I expected
I'd underestimated how long proper prep and gluing would take compared to click flooring, but the end result is genuinely impressive. Flat as anything, no movement at all. The wood grain pattern looks convincing and the aged finish is a nice touch.

Needed something waterproof and hardwearing for the utility room. This fits the bill perfectly. Looks great and the adhesion has held up well after a few months.
