Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.

This product comes with a 20 Years manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Kitchen floor sorted
Looks great, feels solid, no complaints.
Great for a first DIY floor
Was worried about fitting it myself but turns out it's dead easy. The click system is very straightforward and the boards align well. Only minor thing is the herringbone pattern requires more cutting and wastage than a standard layout — worth factoring that into how much you order. End result though? Stunning.
Exactly what we needed for the extension
We'd been agonising over flooring for our new extension for months. Went with the cappuccino oak herringbone in the end and it looks absolutely right — classic but with a bit of character. The 12mm thickness gives it a real solidity that cheaper laminates just don't have. Very happy.

Herringbone pattern really elevates the room
Went with this for our hallway extension and I'm so glad we chose herringbone over standard plank. It adds a level of detail that visitors always comment on. The colour is a lovely mid-tone oak — not too pale, not too dark. 12mm feels premium, no hollow sound when you walk across it.
Transformed our living room
Was a bit nervous ordering flooring online but this has completely exceeded expectations. The cappuccino tone is spot on — warm without being too orange, and it photographs really well too. Fitted it ourselves over a weekend and the click system was forgiving enough for two first-timers. Feels genuinely solid underfoot, that 12mm thickness makes a real difference.

Good product, took longer than expected to lay
The herringbone pattern is more time-consuming to fit than I anticipated, especially around the skirting boards. That's on me for underestimating it, not the product. Once down it looks exceptional — the colour is warm and natural-looking, and the boards are reassuringly thick and sturdy.
Lovely colour, slight shade difference to photos
Slightly darker than the photos suggested but honestly I prefer it — it's richer in person. The herringbone pattern looks stunning in our open plan kitchen diner. Would definitely recommend letting it acclimatise for 48 hours before fitting, makes the whole process much smoother.
Hallway done
Fitted this last weekend in our narrow hallway — the herringbone layout took a bit of planning at the edges but once I got the rhythm it went down a treat. Looks far more expensive than it is.

Really pleased with the finish
Laid this throughout the ground floor and it flows beautifully from room to room. The cappuccino oak shade ties everything together. At 12mm it feels like a proper floor — no flex, no noise. Our fitter said it was one of the nicer laminates he'd worked with recently, which felt like a good sign.
Bedroom looks like a different house
Much better than our old laminate. The colour is warm and calming, perfect for a bedroom. Thick boards, really quiet underfoot with the right underlay. Took a full day to fit a medium-sized room but that's more about the herringbone pattern than the product itself.

Worth every penny
Not the cheapest laminate option out there but you can really see where the money goes. The boards are thick and hefty, the finish is consistent across the whole pack, and the cappuccino colour is exactly as shown. We put it in the dining room and it completely changed the feel of the space. Old carpet was a nightmare — wish we'd done this years ago.
