Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.
Warranty
This product comes with a 30 Years manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Lovely colour, well made
The natural oak tone is genuinely lovely — photographed it for the room reveal post and it looked great. More importantly it feels really well made, none of that cheap bendy quality you get with thinner boards. The click system locked together cleanly and I had no gaps anywhere. Very happy customer.

Worth every penny
Not the cheapest option out there, but you can genuinely see where the money goes. The boards are thick and feel high-end, the finish is consistent, and it's clipped together really cleanly. Went in our living room and my partner keeps commenting on how much it's improved the space. Would buy again.

Slightly darker than photos but love it
Slightly darker in real life than the product photos suggested, but honestly I think I prefer it. Warmer looking than I expected. Fitted the conservatory extension and it's made the room feel so much cosier. Minor quibble on the colour matching but the quality is excellent.
Took longer than expected but stunning result
Took me longer to fit than I'd budgeted for — awkward room shape with a chimney breast didn't help — but the end result is absolutely stunning. The floor completely changed the feel of the room. Very glad I pushed through.
Lovely finish throughout
Laid this throughout the downstairs — hallway, lounge and through into the dining room. Wanted something that would flow nicely and this does exactly that. The grain pattern varies between boards which stops it looking repetitive. Feels really substantial underfoot too, which I wasn't expecting at this price point.
Transformed our living room
Our old carpet was absolutely knackered — had it for years and it showed. This has completely transformed the space. The natural oak finish looks really authentic, not plasticky at all, and the 12mm thickness means it feels genuinely solid underfoot. Couldn't be happier with how it's turned out.
Impressed with the quality
Wasn't sure what to expect for the price but this has genuinely impressed me. Boards are chunky, the surface texture feels realistic, and the colour is a lovely muted natural oak. Fitted the utility room and it's made it feel so much less like a utility room.

Easy fit, great result
Fitted this last weekend across the hallway and landing. Click system was straightforward enough once I got the hang of it — first two boards took a bit of figuring out but then it flew. Make sure you acclimatise it properly first, left mine for 48 hours. Looks the part.

Nice oak colour
Really natural-looking oak tone — not that fake yellowy colour you sometimes get with cheap laminate. Fitted the bedroom myself over a day, no real problems. Wish there were a couple more shade options in this range but the one available is genuinely nice.

Much better than our old laminate
Much better than our old laminate. Night and day difference in how it feels underfoot — proper solid, none of that hollow clunky sound when you walk on it. The 12mm really does make a difference.

Really pleased with this
Was a bit nervous ordering flooring online without seeing it in person first, but the colour is spot on. Nice warm oak tone, not too orange, not too grey. Gone down in our open-plan kitchen-diner and it looks like it's always been there.
Brilliant in the bedroom
So pleased with how this turned out. The bedroom had tired old carpet and now it looks completely different — brighter, cleaner, more modern. The oak finish is subtle and natural-looking. Couple of the boards had very minor surface marks when we unpacked them but nothing visible once fitted.
