Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.

This product comes with a 15 Years manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Looks like it cost twice as much
Genuinely couldn't believe the quality when it arrived. The texture on the surface is really realistic and the boards click together nicely. Fitted the whole downstairs and it looks absolutely fantastic.
Warm, premium feel
So glad we went with the herringbone rather than standard plank — it completely elevates the room. The 12mm thickness means there's no bounce or flex anywhere, even over a slightly uneven subfloor. Just a really high quality product overall.
Superb flooring
Had a fitter put this down in the lounge and he commented on the quality of the boards too — said it was one of the better laminates he'd worked with recently. Speaks for itself really.
Took a bit of planning but worth it
The herringbone pattern does require a bit more planning than straight-lay flooring, so factor that in if you're fitting it yourself. That said, once it's down it looks absolutely incredible. The thickness makes a real difference — no hollow sound at all when you walk on it. Very happy with the result.
Solid feel, lovely finish
At 12mm this is a genuinely premium product and it shows. Laid it throughout the hallway and landing and it handles heavy foot traffic without any flex or noise. The herringbone adds a real touch of class without looking overdone.
Nice colour, good quality
The colour is a lovely neutral — works really well with our grey walls and white skirting. Quality of the boards is exactly what you'd expect from a 12mm product. Only giving four stars as I found the click system took a little getting used to on the first few rows, but after that it was fine.
Does exactly what it says on the tin

Looks stunning
The Mountain Ash colour is exactly what I was hoping for — warm but not too orange, really natural-looking grain. Fitted it ourselves over a weekend with no real issues. Very pleased.
Perfect for the kitchen diner
We went for this in our open-plan kitchen diner and it ties the whole space together beautifully. The surface has been easy to keep clean and hasn't shown any scratches from the dog despite a few months of wear. Really impressed.
Good but wish there were more tone options
The Mountain Ash looks great in our bedroom and the quality is genuinely very good. My only comment is that I'd love to see a slightly cooler or greyer shade in the same style — the warm tone didn't quite match our furniture so we had to rethink a few things. Still a lovely floor though.
Conservatory flooring sorted
Needed something durable for a conservatory that gets a lot of sun. This has held up brilliantly over several months with no fading or warping. Really pleased with how it looks too — the Mountain Ash tone suits the space perfectly.
Excellent product
Thick, well-made boards and the herringbone layout gives the room a really upmarket feel. Only minor thing is I'd love a slightly wider board option, but that's just personal preference. Product itself is excellent.
Brilliant choice for the living room
