Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.

Lovely floor
Really pleased with this. The herringbone pattern adds something special to our hallway and the oak finish looks warm and natural. Solid feel underfoot too.
Fitted this in the extension
Fitted this last weekend in our new kitchen extension and the finish is brilliant. Click system was intuitive — I've laid laminate before but even a first-timer could manage this. The 12mm thickness makes a real difference, it feels like proper flooring rather than a thin sheet over the subfloor.
Transformed our living room
Wasn't sure about ordering flooring online but this has completely blown me away. The Greek Oak pattern in herringbone looks absolutely stunning — far more premium than I expected. Really solid underfoot
12mm makes a huge difference compared to the 8mm we had in the previous house. This feels substantial, almost like engineered wood. The Greek Oak finish is tasteful — not too grey, not too yellow, just a nice natural mid-tone. Laid it in the bedroom and dining room and both look great.
Happy with it overall
Couple of boards had very minor surface marks when unpacking but the rest of the batch was perfect and the overall result is lovely. Oak tone is natural and warm, the herringbone pattern adds real character to the room. I'd order from this range again.
Looks a million dollars
Was worried about fitting it myself — turns out it's dead easy. The click system locks together really securely and the boards are a good size for herringbone. Looks a million dollars in our dining room. Thick enough to feel genuinely high-end.
Excellent choice for open plan
Not the cheapest option out there but you can see where the money goes. The 12mm thickness means it feels genuinely solid and the herringbone pattern elevates the whole space — our open-plan sitting room looks like something out of a interiors magazine. Even the builder who came round for a separate job asked what flooring it was.
Took longer than expected but worth it
Herringbone takes a fair bit longer to lay than standard plank — you need to plan your layout carefully or you'll waste boards. That said, the end result is absolutely stunning and I get compliments every time someone comes round. Would still give five stars but knocked one off for the extra time investment. Make sure you acclimatise the boards for at least 48 hours first.

So pleased with how this turned out. The herringbone layout was something my partner wanted and I was nervous about getting it right, but the boards fit together really neatly. Floor looks incredible now — proper statement flooring without the statement price tag.
Much better than our old laminate
Much better than the budget stuff we had down before. You can genuinely feel the difference with 12mm — warmer, quieter, and far less hollow-sounding. The Greek Oak design is exactly what I was after for the open-plan kitchen-diner. Wouldn't hesitate to order again.
Slightly darker than photos but no complaints
Colour came out a touch darker in the room than on screen, which I was a bit unsure about at first. Actually prefer it now it's down — richer and warmer than expected. Quality is great and at 12mm there's a real premium feel to it.
Stunning herringbone effect
Our old carpet was disgusting — a decade old and stained beyond saving. This has completely transformed the room. The Greek Oak colour is spot on, warm without being orange. Several visitors have assumed it's real wood.
