Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.
Warranty
This product comes with a 30 Years manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Looks great in the bedroom
Easy to fit, looks premium.
Great value for a premium product
Not the cheapest option out there but you can absolutely see where the money goes. Feels substantial, looks high-end, and the click system was easy enough for a first-time DIYer like me. Acclimatised it for 48 hours first as recommended and had no issues at all.
Much better than our last laminate
We had 8mm in the old house and the difference with this 12mm is immediately obvious — so much more solid and quieter too. The Whitehouse Oak colour is understated and elegant. Slightly darker in person than the photos online, but actually I think I prefer it. Would definitely recommend.

Really solid laminate
Was worried about fitting it myself — turns out it's dead easy with the click system. The planks are a nice length and the 12mm base means there's no movement once it's down. Really pleased with the quality for the price.
Transformed our living room
Was using an old tatty carpet for years and finally bit the bullet. This stuff looks genuinely premium — the oak finish is spot on, not too orange, not too grey. The 12mm thickness means it feels really solid underfoot, almost like real wood. Took us a weekend to lay but we're absolutely thrilled with the result.
Fitted this last weekend in the kitchen
Wasn't sure about ordering flooring online but this has genuinely exceeded expectations. The oak pattern is realistic — not plasticky looking at all. Click system went together smoothly and the 12mm thickness means there's no flex or hollow sound when you walk across it. Kitchen looks completely different now, in the best way.

Bedroom floor
Went down in our master bedroom. Colour is lovely — warm but not too yellow. The 12mm thickness gives it a really premium feel underfoot. Minor point: a couple of the planks were slightly tricky to click together but nothing major, end result looks brilliant.
Solid feel, looks the part
Fitted the hallway and front reception room. The 12mm makes a noticeable difference compared to thinner laminates I've used before — proper solid feel when you walk on it. Colour is a nice natural oak, goes well with white skirting boards.
So pleased with how this turned out
Our old carpet was an absolute state — dark, tired, horrible. Ripping it out and laying this has completely transformed our downstairs. The oak colour is spot on, not too light and not too dark, and the 12mm thickness gives you that confident feeling underfoot that cheaper floors just don't have. Fitted it myself over two days, no problems at all.

Landing sorted
Quick one — fitted the landing and top of stairs area. Looks lovely, really warms the space up. The planks feel genuinely hefty for a laminate which is reassuring. Only thing I'd say is I wish there were a couple more colour options in this range, but the Whitehouse Oak is actually a really versatile shade so it works.
Took longer to fit than I expected
I'm not the most experienced fitter so that's on me rather than the product. But the end result is genuinely stunning. The floor has a real solidity to it — 12mm makes a big difference. Living room looks like a show home now and my partner is delighted.
Perfect for our extension
We ran this through the open-plan kitchen-diner extension and it looks fantastic. Warm oak finish ties the whole space together and the quality is evident from the moment you open the boxes — nice weight to each plank.

Stunning
Put the same floor down over a year ago. ould no longer get my hands on it. Tried everywhere Floor Depot (just like all the others ) initially didn't dispatch to northern Ireland, someone got back to me immediately and made it possible. I'm delighted, the floor I purchased was thicker this time round (12mm) my underlay was far superior. Best of all I saved £100's.....I keep trying to purchase from mainland because it's cheaper by far and no one would make it possible. I've made another purchase of the same floor to go in my hall. I've saved a fortune:)
