Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.
Warranty
This product comes with a 15 Years manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Good value for premium laminate
You can really tell the difference between this and the thinner stuff. Feels weighty and solid, the surface texture is realistic, and it's been easy to maintain. Happy customer.
Solid choice for the hallway
Bought this for the hallway and it's held up brilliantly. Feels really substantial when you walk on it, which I wasn't expecting at this price point. The Greek Oak colour is a lovely warm tone that goes with everything.
Nice product, click system takes a moment
Lovely flooring and the finish is really high quality. Took me a little while to get the hang of the click system but once I had it, it went down quickly. Looks great in the dining room.
Looks stunning in the living room
Really pleased with this. The oak finish is warm and natural-looking, not plasticky at all. Laid it in our living room last weekend and it's completely transformed the space. 12mm makes a real difference underfoot — feels like proper flooring.
Four stars — minor colour point
Really nice flooring and easy to fit. The colour is slightly lighter in person than on screen, which wasn't a problem for us but worth being aware of. Quality of the boards themselves is excellent.
Great for the price
Honestly expected to be a bit disappointed but this is genuinely impressive. The 12mm depth gives it a real premium feel and the surface finish holds up well to daily wear. We've got two dogs and it's showing no marks after three months.
Conservatory floor sorted
Used this in the conservatory and it's come up a treat. Colour is a perfect match with the neutral walls. Only giving four stars as I'd have liked a few more length variations in the pack, but the quality itself is spot on.

Brilliant quality
Just finished laying this throughout the upstairs landing and it looks incredible. The Greek Oak design is subtle and classy rather than over-the-top, which is exactly what we wanted.
Bedroom laminate
Laid this in the main bedroom and it looks fantastic. Really warm tone, feels luxurious underfoot. The 12mm thickness makes a noticeable difference compared to the cheaper stuff we had before.

The texture on this is great — it has a subtle grain that makes it look genuinely wood-like rather than printed. Four stars only because I found one or two boards in the pack were slightly harder to engage than the others, but nothing that affected the end result.

Fitted the whole downstairs
Took me a weekend to do the lounge, hallway and dining room and it came out looking really professional. The planks are a good length and the click system is satisfying once you get going. Really pleased with the result.
