Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.

This product comes with a 15 Years manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Took longer than expected but worth it
First time fitting laminate myself and it took me most of the weekend rather than the afternoon I'd planned. That's on me, not the product. End result is stunning though — the Denver Oak colour works perfectly with our grey walls and the boards feel really well made. Thick and solid, no flex at all.
Pleasantly surprised
Wasn't sure about ordering flooring online but this arrived quickly and the quality is genuinely impressive for the price. The 12mm feels premium underfoot — there's a real solidity to it that you notice straight away. Laid it in the dining room and it's already had a few compliments from visitors.
Wish there were more colour options
The Denver Oak colour is nice but I spent a while looking for something slightly lighter and ended up settling on this. That said, once it was down I was glad I went with it — the warm tone works really well with our furniture and the quality is genuinely excellent. Thick, sturdy boards that click together easily. Just personal taste on the colour really.

Fitted the downstairs in a day
Hired a fitter to do our hallway and two reception rooms. He got through the whole lot in a day which apparently is pretty quick — said the boards were consistent and the locking system reliable. Looks fantastic now, really lifted the whole ground floor. The oak finish photographs beautifully too.
Solid purchase
Quality laminate at a fair price. The 12mm thickness gives it a genuinely premium feel — you'd pay a lot more for similar quality in a showroom. Colour matched our staircase carpet better than expected too.
Transformed the living room
Our old carpet had seen better days — threadbare in patches and just looked tired. Put this Denver Oak down over a weekend and honestly the room feels completely different. The 12mm thickness makes a real difference underfoot, feels solid and substantial, nothing like the thin stuff we had in our last house. Colour is spot on too, warm without being too orange.

Really pleased with the finish
We had this laid by a fitter in our extension and he commented on how good the boards were — said the click mechanism was one of the easier ones he'd worked with. The colour is a lovely warm oak, not too light, not too dark. Exactly what we wanted.

Much better than our old laminate
Much better than the cheap laminate we pulled up. You can hear and feel the difference with 12mm — less hollow, much quieter underfoot.
Perfect for our conservatory
Was a bit nervous about using laminate in the conservatory given the temperature changes but it's been down three months now with no issues. Looks beautiful — the oak grain is really convincing and the boards are thick enough to feel substantial even over a slightly uneven sub-floor. Would definitely buy again.
Hallway sorted
Fitted this in our hallway last Saturday. Click system was straightforward, had it done in about four hours including moving furniture. Looks really smart — the oak effect is natural-looking rather than plasticky. Happy with the purchase.
Slightly darker in person but I prefer it
The colour is a touch darker than it looked on screen, but actually I think it looks better than the photos suggested. Warmer and more natural. The 12mm thickness is noticeable — feels like a proper floor rather than something flimsy. Fitted the bedroom and landing and both look great.
