Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.

This product comes with a 30 Years manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Straightforward from order to finish
Ordered on Monday, arrived Wednesday, fitted by the weekend. The floor itself is excellent — good quality boards, nice and thick, beautiful grey finish. Exactly what we wanted.
Good product, minor finish variation between packs
Overall very impressed with this floor. The colour is exactly as shown and it looks stunning. I did notice a very slight variation in tone between two of my packs but once it was all laid and the furniture was back in you genuinely couldn't tell. Still a five-star product in my book... giving four just for that one thing.
Stunning in our living room
Laid this throughout the living room and hallway last month and it looks absolutely brilliant. The grey tones are really natural-looking — not too cold, not too washed out. At 12mm it feels genuinely solid underfoot, proper quality. Would buy again without hesitation.
Really solid underfoot
Laid this across two bedrooms. The 12mm makes a big difference — no hollow sound when you walk on it, feels like proper wood. The distressed finish is really convincing too.

Just finished laying this in the conservatory and it's transformed the space. The grey oak tone works perfectly with our white walls and it photographs beautifully too. Really easy to cut and fit as well.
Took a bit of getting used to the locking system
The floor itself is brilliant — looks gorgeous and that 12mm thickness makes a real difference to how solid it feels. I did struggle a little with the click mechanism on a few of the end boards but once I got the knack it was fine. Would still recommend to anyone.
Kitchen transformation
We replaced old vinyl tiles with this and the difference is incredible. The distressed finish hides minor scuffs and the overall look is very contemporary. Fitting was straightforward even for a first-timer.
Wish there were more tone variations but lovely product
Really pleased overall — the floor looks fantastic in our landing and bedroom. Only minor thing is I'd have liked a slightly warmer grey option, but that's just personal taste. The quality itself is excellent and it was straightforward to lay.

Honestly could not be happier. The grey tones are subtle and sophisticated — several visitors have assumed it's engineered wood. At 12mm thick it's got a real quality feel and the boards are a good length too, makes the room look bigger.

Would have preferred slightly more plank length options
Really nice floor and I'm happy with how it looks in the bedroom. The colour is spot on and the quality feels excellent. Just thought I'd mention the plank size is fixed — would've been nice to have a longer board option for a bigger room, but it still looks great. Minor comment, great product.
