Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.
Warranty
This product comes with a 30 Years manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Looks expensive, isn't
Genuinely impressed by how premium this looks. The distressed oak pattern is realistic and the boards feel thick and well-made. Great value.
Good but took some patience
Lovely flooring and the distressed finish is exactly as shown. Took a bit of getting used to the click-lock system around door frames but that's user error really, not a product issue. End result looks fantastic in the living room.
Transformed our living room
We replaced tired carpet with this and honestly can't believe the difference. The room looks so much more modern and the distressed finish adds real character. Substantial underfoot too — no cheap hollow feeling at all.
First time fitting laminate — went smoothly
Never laid laminate before but followed a couple of YouTube tutorials and got this down in a day. The boards click together nicely and the 12mm thickness means it feels really sturdy. Looks ace in the bedroom.
Decent product, minor gripe
Really happy with how it looks in the bedroom. The colour is warm and the finish is lovely. Took me a little while to get the hang of the click system but once I did it went down a treat. Would've given five stars but a couple of boards in the pack had very slight edge damage — nothing that affected the final result though.
Hallway and landing — perfect
Used this on the hallway and landing and it ties the whole space together beautifully. The colour is a warm mid-oak and it photographs really well too. Fitting took a weekend but the result was worth every minute. Really solid product.

Laid this throughout our open-plan living room and dining area and it looks stunning. The distressed finish is really convincing — guests keep asking if it's real wood. Feels solid and weighty underfoot, exactly what you'd expect from a 12mm board. Really pleased with the purchase.
Very impressed with the quality
Bought this for a bedroom renovation and it's made a huge difference to the room. The 12mm boards are noticeably more solid than cheaper laminates I've used before — there's no flex or bounce at all. The distressed finish adds a lot of character without looking overdone. Would definitely recommend.
Happy with it overall
Looks great and went down without any major issues. My one minor gripe is that the pack sizes meant I had a bit more offcut waste than expected, but that could just be down to my room dimensions. The flooring itself is excellent.
Just what I needed for the living room
Replaced some old laminate that had seen better days and this is on a completely different level. Feels genuinely substantial — you can tell straight away it's a quality board. The oak effect is warm and natural and it's brightened the whole room up.

The distressed effect is subtle and tasteful rather than overdone — it genuinely looks like aged oak. Really pleased with the finish. Only reason I'm not giving five stars is I wish there were a couple more colour options in the range, but the one I chose works perfectly in our conservatory.
