Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.

This product comes with a 30 Years manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Premium look without a premium price tag
Laid this throughout the ground floor — hall, living room and kitchen area. At 12mm it's got a really confident feel underfoot, not the hollow sound you get with thinner boards. The colour photographs beautifully but looks even better in person. Highly recommend.
Looks stunning in our living room
We had this laid throughout the living room and dining area and honestly couldn't be happier. The grey oak finish is really elegant — not too cold, not too warm. Feels genuinely solid underfoot, which you'd expect at 12mm. Would buy again without hesitation.
Hallway transformation
The hallway looks completely different — in the best way. The grey oak tone is modern without being too stark, and at 12mm it feels really substantial when you walk on it. Fitting was straightforward once I got the click system figured out. Really happy with the result.
Looks great in the kitchen
Not usually one to leave reviews but felt this deserved one. Kitchen looks smart and modern now. The grey tone is sophisticated and the surface seems very hardwearing. AC5 rating was a big factor for me given it's a busy room.

Bought this for the conservatory and it's held up brilliantly. Looks expensive, feels sturdy, and the AC5 rating gives me confidence it'll last. Very pleased.
Decent laminate, small gripe
Good quality flooring overall and the colour is lovely. Only thing I'd say is I wish there were a couple more shade options in the grey range — something slightly warmer would've been ideal for our bedroom. That said, this one still looks great and feels very well made.

The quality is genuinely impressive and the grey oak colour is exactly what I wanted. Only tiny thing is I'd love if it came in longer plank lengths — but that's a very minor point. The room looks fantastic.
Really good laminate
Bought this after seeing it in a friend's house. Just as impressed with it in my own space. The 12mm thickness means it feels really solid — none of that clicky hollow sound. Grey oak colour is versatile enough to work with loads of different interiors.
Good, just took a bit to get the hang of fitting
The flooring itself is really nice — solid feel and a good-looking finish. I'm a fairly experienced DIYer but the click system on the first few rows took a little adjusting to. Once I got my technique right it went down smoothly. End result is great.

Honestly I wasn't expecting it to feel this good. 12mm makes it feel really premium — substantial and quiet underfoot. The oak pattern looks realistic too, not plasticky at all.

Solid product, fitting took a bit of patience
Really like the finished look — colour is exactly as shown online and the quality is clearly there. I did find the click system needed a bit of patience around the doorways, but that's more about the room than the product. Would still recommend.

Fantastic product and really straightforward to fit. I'd give it five stars but I did notice very slight variation in shade between a couple of packs — nothing visible once it was laid, but worth ordering all you need at once to be safe. End result is stunning.
