The Alaskan Dark Oak PREMIUM 3mm LVT delivers all the drama of deep, natural oak grain with absolutely none of the fuss — and it's 100% waterproof, making it a brilliant choice for kitchens, bathrooms, hallways, and busy family living spaces.
Each plank measures 187mm x 1227mm and comes in at a solid 3mm thickness, giving you a reassuringly sturdy feel underfoot. The 0.5mm wear layer offers excellent protection against scratches, scuffs, and the daily chaos that kids and pets inevitably bring. Each pack covers 3.212m² and contains 14 planks, so it's easy to calculate exactly what you need.
Installation is a clean glue-down dryback method — ideal if you're after a super-stable, permanent finish that won't shift or lift over time. Backed by a lifetime residential warranty, this is dark oak LVT flooring you can genuinely rely on for the long haul.

Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.

This product comes with a Lifetime manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Does the job
Fitted this in the utility room last week. Glues down nicely, looks clean and the dark oak tone works well with the grey walls. Happy with it.
Decent for the room
Put this in the spare bedroom. Looks nice enough and the dark oak tone is warm and rich. Not the most substantial underfoot but for a glue-down at this thickness that's expected — it's the right product for the job. Wouldn't hesitate to use it again in a low-traffic room.

Good value glue-down LVT
Was a bit hesitant about going for glue-down over click, but honestly it wasn't as daunting as I expected. The adhesion is solid and the Alaskan Dark Oak shade is exactly what we wanted — deep, moody, and really smartens up the room. Good value for money.
Decent but not luxury
Looks nice enough and the colour is spot on — very dark, almost charcoal in certain lights which we like. Fitted it in the utility room and it's fine for that. Wouldn't say it has a premium feel underfoot but for the price and the purpose it does what you need. Probably wouldn't choose it for a main living area.
