Acclimatisation
On delivery, check the outer packaging for any visible damage before signing — you don't need to open every pack. Then allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting, keeping packs sealed and laid flat.

Colour is quite a bit lighter in person than it looks in the photos online. Not unpleasant, just not what I'd planned for the room. A couple of boards also have a very slight bow to them — nothing that's caused a real issue but noticeable when laying. Looks fine now it's down though.

A couple of the boards had slight marks on them when they arrived, and one edge wasn't clicking flat properly. Looks OK once down and the pattern is pretty, but for the price I expected a bit more consistency. Still, from a normal viewing distance it looks fine.
