Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.
Warranty
This product comes with a 20 Years manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Took longer to fit than expected but worth it
Planning the multi-size layout took me a while to get my head around. But once I'd figured out the pattern, it went down well. The finished result is genuinely lovely — very much a premium look for the price.
Really natural stone effect
The variation in the plank sizes makes it look so much more like real stone than standard LVT. Guests have actually asked if we had stone tiles put in. Dead easy to maintain and the colour hasn't faded at all.
Fitted the bedroom perfectly

We'd been putting off the extension floor for months. Went with this after reading a few reviews and honestly it's done the job brilliantly. The sandstone tone works really well with our pale grey walls. Adhesion has been excellent — no lifting at all after six weeks.

Conservatory looks like a different room
Had cheap carpet in the conservatory before — the kind that goes mouldy. Replaced it with this and the difference is incredible. The LVT handles the temperature changes well and still looks pristine months later.

Better than expected honestly
Ordered a sample first and the real thing matches it exactly. The multi-size format creates a really convincing stone effect. Took an afternoon to lay the downstairs loo and the hallway — not bad at all.
Landing and top of stairs done
Needed something durable for the landing area as it gets a lot of foot traffic. The glue-down method gives excellent stability — no movement at all. The sandstone tone is warm without being orange, which is exactly what I was after. Very pleased overall.
Perfect for our downstairs loo
Small room so didn't need much, but this was easy to order, quick to arrive, and fitted in under an hour. The colour is calming and exactly right for that space.
Slightly darker than the photos but actually love it
Wasn't quite what I expected colour-wise — a little more grey than the warm beige I saw on screen. But honestly it works even better with our floor tiles in the conservatory. Four stars only because the photos could be more accurate.

Good quality glue-down LVT at a fair price. The colour is a nice neutral that works with most interiors. Straightforward to lay even without a lot of experience.

Couple of boards had minor imperfections but overall very happy
Out of the boxes I opened, two tiles had very slight marks on the surface — could have been from transit. Easy enough to swap out with spares. Everything else was in perfect condition and it looks absolutely great now it's down.
Looks brilliant in our hallway
Fitted this a couple of weeks ago and really pleased with the result. The sandstone colour is spot on — warm but not too yellow. Glued down easily and it's been solid ever since.

Old lino was embarrassing — this has completely changed the space. The multi-size plank layout gives it a really natural, staggered look that I wasn't expecting at this price point. Very happy.
Wish there were more colour options
The sandstone is lovely don't get me wrong, but I was hoping for a slightly warmer beige tone. It leans a little cool for our living room. Still looks great and the quality is excellent — just would've liked another shade to choose from.
