Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.
Warranty
This product comes with a 25 Years manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Good stuff
Easy to fit. Looks premium. Good value.
Slightly darker than expected but actually love it
The colour online looked a bit lighter than what arrived, but honestly it suits the room even better than I thought it would. Warm, natural look that goes brilliantly with our white skirting. Took a bit longer to fit than I expected — first time laying click vinyl — but the end result is stunning. Happy to give it five stars.
Great floor, took a while to fit
Took longer than expected to do the conservatory — probably my own fault for not reading the acclimatisation instructions properly first. Once it was down though it looked brilliant. Feels sturdy, the colour works really well with light walls. Would buy again.

Solid, looks the part
Fitted the downstairs loo and part of the hallway. Rigid core means it doesn't dip or feel hollow. Clean, natural look. Dead easy to work with around the awkward angles by the door frame.
Kitchen floor sorted
Fitted this over the weekend in our kitchen and honestly couldn't be happier. The rigid core means it feels proper solid underfoot — nothing like the flimsy vinyl I'd used in a rental years ago. Colour is a really warm, natural oak tone, not too yellow, not too grey. Clicked together easily once I got the hang of the angle. Would absolutely buy again.

Looks lovely in the kitchen
So pleased with how this turned out. Was nervous about fitting it myself but a couple of YouTube videos and it all made sense. The colour is gorgeous — proper warm oak without being orange.

Transformed our hallway
Our old carpet was beyond saving — muddy, worn, just grim. This has completely changed the space. The oak finish looks really convincing and it's so much easier to keep clean. Fitting took a couple of hours, no drama.
Perfect for our extension
We needed something waterproof and hardwearing for a new garden room and this ticked every box. The SPC core keeps it feeling firm and stable, doesn't flex at all. Really pleased with the finish.
Brilliant value for money

Much better than our old laminate
The laminate we ripped out had started to swell near the back door — this being fully waterproof was the main reason we switched to SPC. Proper difference in how it handles the damp coming in from outside. The oak pattern is tasteful, not overdone. Click system took a tiny bit of getting used to but once you're into a rhythm it's fine. Only slight gripe is I had a couple of boards where the locking felt a fraction stiff, but nothing that caused real problems.
Would recommend
Fitted this in the bedroom and landing. The oak grain looks realistic — not plasticky at all. Clicks together well and feels firm underfoot thanks to the rigid core. Good purchase overall, though I wish there were one or two more shade options in the range.
