Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.
Warranty
This product comes with a 25 Years manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Bedroom transformation
Pulled up old carpet in the bedroom and put this down instead. Made such a difference — room feels cleaner and bigger. The oak finish is subtle and natural-looking, not over-the-top. Fitting was manageable on my own over a Saturday morning. Make sure you leave it to acclimatise first — I left it 24 hours and had no issues.
Wish there were more colour options but love this one
The Finley Oak is a really attractive shade — warm without being orange, natural without being bland. Went down beautifully in the open-plan kitchen-diner. My only minor gripe is I'd have liked to see a darker variant in the same range, but that's not really a complaint about the product itself. Quality is spot on.

Couple of boards slightly off but overall very happy
Out of the several packs I ordered, a couple of boards had very minor surface marks — nothing visible once laid but worth mentioning. The fitting process is genuinely simple and the finished floor looks fantastic. Would order from here again without hesitation.
Extension floor done
Used this for our new single-storey extension. Needed something durable and waterproof and this ticked both boxes. Rigid core feels reassuringly stable — no bounce or flex when you walk on it. Colour matches the existing floor in the living room pretty well too. Delivery was fast and everything arrived in good condition.

Really pleased with this
Fitted this last weekend in our hallway and honestly couldn't be happier. The click system was straightforward — even my first time laying flooring I had it down in a few hours. Feels solid underfoot, which I wasn't expecting at 5mm. The oak finish looks warm and natural, not plasticky at all. Great purchase.
Great for the kitchen
Was worried about ordering flooring online but the colour was spot on and it fits together really nicely. Kitchen looks a million dollars now. The rigid core means it doesn't feel flimsy at all — walks well and feels sturdy.

Not the most exciting review but: ordered it, it arrived quickly, I fitted it myself with no drama, and it looks good. That's a five star outcome in my book.
Wouldn't hesitate to recommend
So pleased with how this turned out. We used it in the conservatory and were initially unsure how it'd cope with the temperature changes — but it's been absolutely fine. Fits together cleanly, the boards are a good length, and the oak colour gives the space a warm feel even in winter.
Solid feel for a 5mm floor
I'd read a bit about SPC before buying and understood the rigid core makes the difference — and it really does. This doesn't feel thin or hollow like some LVT I've tried before. Good solid feel, easy click system, and the oak pattern has enough variation to look realistic rather than repetitive. Laid it on the landing and stairs landing area and it looks smart.

Practical and good-looking
Went for this in the utility room where we needed something waterproof and hard-wearing. The SPC core is reassuringly solid and the surface has held up well to muddy boots and general abuse. Colour is a nice natural oak — not too yellow, not too grey. Does exactly what a utility floor should.

Solid floor, looks the part. Went down without any fuss and the finish is exactly what we wanted. Our old carpet was tired and grim — this has completely transformed the space. Would buy again.
Took a bit of getting used to the click system but well worth it
Not gonna lie, the first few rows took me longer than expected while I got the hang of the locking mechanism. But once it clicked (literally), the rest went down a treat. The Finley Oak colour is gorgeous — warm tones that work really well with our grey walls. Would give 5 stars if the instructions were a bit clearer for beginners.
Slightly darker than the photos but actually prefer it
The oak tone is a bit richer in person than it looks on the website — which honestly works better in our room. The click system is easy once you've done a few rows. Laid it in the downstairs loo and it looks really smart. Four stars only because I wish there were a couple more colour variants in this range.

Much better than our old laminate
Previous floor was a cheap laminate that had warped and looked awful after a few years. This is a completely different level. The SPC construction means it's waterproof and the rigidity underfoot is noticeable. No hollow spots, no flex. Laid it throughout the ground floor and it flows beautifully from room to room.
