Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.
Warranty
This product comes with a 25 Years manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Fitted this last weekend — well impressed
Took on the living room and dining room over the weekend. The boards clicked together really nicely with minimal gaps. A couple of cuts needed a bit of care around the door frames but nothing a jigsaw couldn't handle. Very happy with the result.
Good quality, feels stable
The rigid core is noticeable — there's no bounce or flex when you walk on it. Looks very authentic for a vinyl product. Happy with the purchase.

Great floor, took a bit of getting used to the click system
First time I've laid SPC and the click mechanism took a bit of patience to figure out at the start. Once I got the rhythm it was fine. End result is excellent — very pleased with how the bedroom looks.
Would've liked more colour options
The oak tone is lovely, no complaints there. Just wish there were a couple more shades available — something slightly lighter would have suited our room better. Still, this one works well and the quality is solid.
Downstairs loo done
Perfect fit for the downstairs loo — waterproof, easy to cut around the awkward bits, and looks much smarter than the old lino.

Transformed the kitchen
Our old tiles were dated and cold-looking. Swapped them out for this and honestly the room feels completely different — warmer, more modern. Waterproof properties are exactly what you need in a kitchen. Fitting was straightforward once you get the hang of the click system.

Slightly darker than the photos but I actually prefer it
Colour is a touch deeper than it appears on screen — I'd say it's more of a warm medium oak rather than a light one. That said, it looks gorgeous in our conservatory and I've had several compliments from visitors. Wouldn't change it.

Took longer to fit than expected but the result is stunning
Our living room had a tricky bay window area and a few uneven patches that needed sorting first. Added a fair bit of time to the job. But now it's down it looks absolutely fantastic — the oak finish ties the whole room together. Worth the effort.
Looks the part in a busy family home
We've got two kids and a dog so durability was top priority. Three months in and the floor still looks exactly as it did when we fitted it. No scratches, no lifting. The rigid core keeps it stable even in the hallway where we get a lot of traffic.

I'm not especially handy but I managed the entire landing without any help. The boards are a good size and the click system is pretty intuitive once you've done a few rows. Floor looks professional.
