Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.

This product comes with a 25 Years manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Bedroom refresh done
Replaced tired carpet in the master bedroom with this and couldn't be more pleased. The grey is a lovely neutral shade — goes with pretty much everything. Feels luxurious underfoot. Only minor gripe is I wish there were a couple more colour variations in the range, but this one works perfectly for us.
Solid and feels high end
At 12mm this is noticeably more substantial than cheaper laminates I've laid before. Good weight to each board, minimal flex, and the finish looks genuinely premium. Kitchen and dining area now look like a proper grown-up space.

Took a bit of getting used to the click system
First time fitting laminate so the click system had a bit of a learning curve — took me a while to get a feel for the right angle. Once I got the hang of it though the rest went down quickly. The floor itself looks fantastic and feels very solid. Four stars only because of my own fumbling, not the product.
Looks stunning in the living room
Fitted this across our entire ground floor last month and honestly couldn't be happier. The grey tone is spot on — not too cool, not too warm. Feels really solid underfoot too, which you don't always get with laminate. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Ordered enough for the landing and top of the stairs. Delivery was prompt and everything arrived undamaged. The colour matches the pictures pretty well and it looks great against our painted walls.
Fitted the extension last weekend
Wasn't sure how it would look in a sunlit extension but the Brixton Grey is perfect — doesn't wash out and holds its colour really well. The boards are a good length and the click system snapped together nicely. Took longer to fit than I expected but that's purely down to my own inexperience, not the product. End result is stunning.
Much better than our old laminate
The difference in quality compared to what we had before is night and day. This feels so much more substantial underfoot — 12mm really does make a difference. Slightly darker than the online photos but actually prefer it in real life.

You can see where the money goes with this one. Really substantial boards, a good realistic wood effect, and the finish looks like it'll last. Fitted the utility room and conservatory and both look excellent.
