Good quality, happy with it
Easy click system, fitted the bedroom in an afternoon. Make sure you let it acclimatise first — I left mine for 48 hours and had no issues at all. Colour is slightly darker in person than the photos but actually prefer it.

Was worried about ordering flooring online but this arrived quickly and well packaged. Hallway looks completely different now — so much brighter and more modern. Fits together really well.

Looks decent enough and the colour is nice. It's a 12mm board so it's not flimsy, but I found it a bit trickier to fit than expected and a couple of boards don't sit quite as snug as I'd like. Fine for what we needed it for though.

Nice floor but took longer to fit than I hoped
The end result is genuinely lovely — warm oak tone that suits the room perfectly. Took longer to fit than expected, mostly my own fault for being a novice, but the click system is decent once you get the hang of it. Wish I'd done this years ago.
Decent but had a few issues
Not quite what I expected from the photos — the colour is a fair bit warmer in real life. A couple of boards also had very minor surface marks out of the box. Looks OK once it's all down and from a distance it reads well, but I expected a bit more at this price point.

Wasn't sure about this shade of oak but it works really well with our grey walls. Fitting was straightforward even for a first-timer. Not the cheapest option but you can see where the money goes with the 12mm board.

Did the landing area with this and it ties in beautifully with the rest of the upstairs. Colour is spot on — a lovely mid-oak that's not too orange, not too grey. Delivery was fast and packaging was excellent.

The flooring itself is gorgeous and was straightforward to lay. I'd just say the underlay recommendation in the instructions could be a bit clearer. Four stars only because of that — the product is brilliant.

Was a bit nervous about putting laminate in the conservatory but so far so good. Looks beautiful and feels really solid. The oak tone works perfectly with the light coming in.
