Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.
Warranty
This product comes with a 25 Years manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Very pleased
Quality is top notch — you can really tell the difference with 12mm compared to thinner laminates I've used before. Feels much more like real wood.

Landing and stairs look fab
Did the landing area with this and it ties in beautifully with the rest of the upstairs. Colour is spot on — a lovely mid-oak that's not too orange, not too grey. Delivery was fast and packaging was excellent.
Great value for premium quality
Honestly didn't expect it to feel this good. The 12mm thickness is noticeable straight away — there's a real solidity to it. Looks expensive too. Very happy.
Minor quibble but still great
The flooring itself is gorgeous and was straightforward to lay. I'd just say the underlay recommendation in the instructions could be a bit clearer. Four stars only because of that — the product is brilliant.
Perfect for the conservatory
Was a bit nervous about putting laminate in the conservatory but so far so good. Looks beautiful and feels really solid. The oak tone works perfectly with the light coming in.
Lovely colour
The oak colour is warmer in person than it looked on screen — in a good way. Really suits the room. Only thing is I wish there was a longer plank option available, but that's a preference not a complaint.

Beautiful flooring, really substantial feel and the colour is gorgeous. I gave four stars only because one pack had a very slight shade variation — barely noticeable once laid but worth mentioning. Overall a great product.
Really impressed with the finish
The texture on this is lovely — has a slight grain to it that makes it look very realistic. We had a few guests ask if it was real wood. Goes down a treat too, very satisfying fit between planks.
Good but wish there were more shades
The quality is excellent — feels very premium and the colour is nice. My only gripe is I'd have loved a slightly darker oak option to match my existing furniture better. Still, very happy with it overall.

Laid this across our entire living room last month and it looks brilliant. The oak finish is really natural-looking, not plasticky at all. At 12mm it feels genuinely solid underfoot — proper quality. Really pleased with how it's come together.

This is the second time I've used this product and it never disappoints. The Dawlish Oak colour is warm and natural and it brightens the whole kitchen up. Solid underfoot too.
Took a bit to get the hang of the click system
Really nice flooring overall and the finish is beautiful. I found the click system a tiny bit fiddly on the first few rows but once I got into a rhythm it was fine. End result is brilliant.
