Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.

This product comes with a 25 Years manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Happy with it
Took longer to fit than I expected — herringbone does take more planning than straightforward planks — but the end result is genuinely stunning. Kitchen looks like a different room. Couple of boards near the edge needed a bit of coaxing but nothing major. Well worth the effort.
Hallway sorted
Fitted it myself over a weekend, no issues. Click system is straightforward once you get into a rhythm. The herringbone pattern looks far more expensive than it was — guests always comment on it. Happy customer.

Transformed the living room
Was sceptical about ordering flooring online but so glad I did. The French grey tone is exactly right — not too cold, not too warm. Clicked together really satisfyingly and the rigid core means it feels solid underfoot despite the thickness. Old carpet was embarrassing, this has completely changed how the room feels.
Laid it throughout the ground floor
Did the lounge, hallway and snug all in the same go — roughly 45 square metres total. The consistency of the boards was excellent, no real colour variation between packs which can sometimes be an issue. Herringbone takes a bit of planning around doorways and angles but the finish is worth every bit of the extra effort. This floor has genuinely made the house feel like a home. The rigid core SPC means it's completely stable and we have no concerns about the kitchen or utility areas either. Brilliant product.

Solid, looks the part
Rigid core gives it a satisfying feel when you walk on it. No hollow sound, no flex. The herringbone layout adds something special — rooms feel more considered somehow. Would buy again.

Nearly perfect
Really pleased with this overall. The pattern is stunning and it was fairly easy to click together. Only reason I'm not giving five stars is I wish there were a couple more colour options in this range — would love a warmer tone too. But for French grey, this is spot on.
Lovely in the bedroom
Wasn't sure grey would work in a bedroom but it's really elegant. Feels solid underfoot, no creaking or movement. The click system was manageable for a DIY novice — watched a couple of YouTube videos and got on fine.
Good click system, nice result
The click mechanism took a bit of getting used to at first — had a couple of boards that didn't lock first time — but once I got the hang of the angle and pressure it was straightforward. End result looks really smart. The grey is a proper French grey, not too blue, not too beige.
Fitted the downstairs loo
Small space but the herringbone pattern makes it feel special. Waterproof obviously important in a bathroom setting. Cut easily, no waste. Looks far more boutique than the price suggests.

Great for the kitchen extension
We had this laid throughout our kitchen extension and it looks brilliant. The grey tones tie in perfectly with our units. Waterproof which was the main thing we needed. Took the fitter about half a day for roughly 18 square metres, said it was easy to work with.
Much better than expected
Honestly wasn't expecting a huge amount at this price point but it's genuinely impressive. The SPC core means there's no flex at all, even over slightly uneven subfloor. French grey is a lovely shade — cool without being clinical. Would recommend to anyone.

Slightly darker than the photos
The colour is a touch deeper in real life than the product images suggested, but actually I think I prefer it — more sophisticated somehow. Fits beautifully and feels sturdy. Gave four stars just because I did have a brief moment of panic when the delivery arrived, thinking I'd ordered the wrong thing.
