Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.

Wasn't sure about ordering flooring online
Wasn't sure about ordering flooring online but this has turned out really well. The herringbone pattern looked a bit intimidating to lay at first but once you get into the rhythm it's actually quite satisfying. End result is proper smart. Bedroom looks like it's had a complete makeover.
Took longer to lay than expected
Herringbone always takes a bit more time and patience than standard click, so bear that in mind if you're fitting it yourself. Took me most of Saturday for a medium-sized room. That said, the result is genuinely stunning — worth every bit of the extra effort. Would definitely buy again.
Good for the price point
At this price I wasn't expecting it to feel as solid as it does. The SPC core makes a noticeable difference — no flex, no hollow sound when you walk on it. Colour is a nice neutral that works with pretty much anything. Done two rooms now and I'd order it again without hesitation.

Was worried about fitting it myself — I'd never done flooring before. Turns out it's dead easy. Watched a couple of videos, took my time, and it came out really well. The herringbone took a bit of working out but the click system is forgiving enough that you can adjust as you go.

Couple of boards had minor marks
Came across two boards with very slight surface marks out of the whole box — nothing that was visible once laid, just noticed them during fitting. Overall the quality is good and the floor itself looks great in our living room. Would still recommend.

Fitted this over the weekend in the hallway and conservatory. Click system was straightforward — I'd done SPC before so knew what I was doing, but even a first-timer would get on fine. The pewter oak tone is subtle and works really well with grey walls. Very happy.

Slightly darker than the photos
Slightly darker than the online photos but honestly I think I prefer it — it's a richer, warmer tone in person. Laid it in the landing and top of the stairs and it looks really elegant. The click system was easy enough, no issues at all.
Our old carpet was disgusting
Our old carpet was genuinely awful — dark, tatty, and impossible to keep clean. This has completely transformed the room. The herringbone layout adds so much character and the pewter light oak is exactly the right shade for our space. Can't believe we left the carpet so long.

Went into our downstairs loo and it looks brilliant. Small space so the herringbone pattern really stands out. Waterproof, which obviously matters in a bathroom, and the click system meant no fuss fitting it in a tight room. Really chuffed.
Much better than our old laminate
Much better than our old laminate. This feels properly solid underfoot — the rigid core makes a real difference. We put it in the open-plan kitchen-diner and it completely transformed the space. The light oak tone is warm without being too yellow, which was exactly what we wanted.
