Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.

Decent buy, minor gripe
Overall really pleased with this floor. The herringbone pattern looks brilliant once it's all laid out — quite striking actually. Only reason I haven't given five stars is I wish there were a couple more shade options in this range. But for the price and quality, hard to fault it.
Happy with how it turned out
Put this down in the utility room and conservatory. Waterproof is a must in both those spaces and this fits the bill. Colour looks warm and natural. The click system took about ten minutes to figure out and then it was plain sailing.
Exactly what we needed
So pleased with how this turned out in the bedroom. Warm underfoot, easy to clean, and the herringbone pattern gives it a much more upmarket look than plain plank flooring. Delivery was fast and the boards were well packaged — not a mark on them.

Slightly darker in person than on the product photos, but honestly I think it looks better for it. Warmer tone suits our living room perfectly. Easy to fit and feels sturdy.

Fitted this last weekend in the extension
Fitted this last weekend in our new extension. Was a bit nervous about the herringbone layout as I've only ever done straight runs before, but once you get the hang of the pattern it clicks together really easily. Looks absolutely the part — guests have already asked if we had someone professional do it.
Living room sorted
Much better than our old laminate which was forever scratching and lifting at the edges. This feels noticeably more solid — the rigid core is a real difference. The oak design is tasteful and pairs well with pretty much any furniture. Would definitely order from here again.
Really impressed
Wasn't sure about ordering flooring online but this arrived quickly and was exactly as described. The mature oak colour is lovely — not too light, not too orange. We've done the whole ground floor and it flows really nicely from room to room. The SPC core makes it feel much more robust than vinyl we've had before.

Great floor, slight learning curve
First time doing a herringbone layout and it did take a bit of getting used to — had to watch a couple of videos to get my head round the pattern repeat. That's not a criticism of the product though, just the nature of herringbone. Floor itself is excellent. Looks really premium and the finish is hardwearing.

Transformed the hallway
Had old, tired carpet in the hallway for years and finally ripped it out. This went down in a Saturday afternoon and the difference is unbelievable. The oak pattern looks really natural and the click system was straightforward even for someone who's never laid flooring before. Feels solid underfoot too — no flex or hollow sound when you walk on it.

Took longer to fit than expected but worth it
The herringbone pattern does take a bit more time and planning than a standard click floor — I underestimated that. But the end result is genuinely stunning and I get compliments on it constantly. Make sure you work out your centre line properly before you start and it goes smoothly.
