Acclimatisation

Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.

This product comes with a 25 Years manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Much better than our old laminate

Previous floor was a cheap laminate that felt hollow and noisy. This is a completely different experience — the SPC core makes it feel substantial and quiet underfoot. Colour is a really versatile grey-oak that's worked well in both the hallway and the landing where we used it. Click system is easy and the boards align well with no fuss.

Transformed the living room

Our old carpet was absolutely grim — worn through in patches and never looked clean no matter what we did. Fitted the Nebraska Grey Oak in the living room last month and honestly couldn't be happier. The herringbone pattern gives it a really upmarket look that you'd expect to pay a lot more for. Clicks together nicely and feels solid underfoot, which I wasn't entirely sure about with 5mm SPC but the rigid core really does make a difference. Partner keeps commenting on how much bigger the room looks too.

Fitted the hallway in an afternoon

Dead easy click system, fitted the hallway myself with no previous experience. Make sure you let it acclimatise for 48 hours first though — I didn't rush that bit and I think it helped. No gaps appeared afterwards. Colour is a great neutral that goes with pretty much anything.

Took a bit of getting used to the click system

First few boards I fitted were a bit fiddly — kept clicking them in the wrong sequence for the herringbone. Once I watched a couple of YouTube videos and planned the layout properly it clicked into place (literally). The final result looks absolutely brilliant. Would recommend, just allow more time than you think if it's your first time laying herringbone.

Slight colour difference from photos but actually prefer it

The boards came out slightly darker in person than the website photos suggested, but honestly I think it looks better for it — richer and more realistic. Fitting took longer than expected because of the herringbone layout, but once you get into a rhythm it's fine. End result is stunning and the rigid core feels reassuringly solid.

Wish there were more colour variations

Really pleased with the quality and how it looks in our living room — the pattern is lovely and the boards feel properly rigid underfoot. Only reason I haven't given five stars is I'd have liked a slightly warmer oak tone as an option. The grey is nice but I wanted to compare before committing. That said, it really has grown on me since fitting.

Took me a weekend but worth every minute

Not going to pretend the herringbone layout is quick — it took me most of Saturday and Sunday to do the open-plan kitchen diner. But standing back at the end of it and seeing that pattern laid out properly? Genuinely satisfying. The boards click together cleanly and feel very stable. No flex at all, which you want in a busy kitchen. Colour works really well with our grey units and white walls.

Herringbone without the fuss

Looks far more expensive than it is

Wasn't sure about ordering flooring online but took the plunge after seeing it in a few Instagram posts. Really glad I did. The grey oak tone is spot on — not washed out, not too dark. Herringbone layout looks genuinely high-end and multiple people have asked what it cost. Rigid core means it feels proper solid when you walk on it. No bounce, no movement. Laying it was a bit time-consuming because of the herringbone angle but the result is well worth it.

Great for a rental property
