Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.

This product comes with a 25 Years manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Took a bit longer than planned
Herringbone is a more involved pattern to lay than straight planks — took me a full day on the conservatory rather than the half day I'd budgeted. That said the result is genuinely impressive and people assume it was professionally fitted. Make sure you plan your layout carefully before you start.

Fitted the downstairs loo
Waterproof is the main thing for us in there and this does exactly what it should. Small space so it was a quick job — maybe two hours including the skirting. Looks smart.
Slightly darker in person
The colour came out a little darker than on screen but honestly I think I prefer it — it looks richer and more characterful than I expected. Wish there were a couple more shades to choose from but no real complaints.
Much better than our old carpet
The carpet in the living room was tired and stained — this has completely turned the room around. The Victor Oak pattern is subtle enough to work with most furniture colours and the rigid core gives it a reassuringly firm feel. No regrets at all.
Used in the utility room
Needed something waterproof that could handle muddy boots and spills and this fits the bill perfectly. The SPC core means it doesn't budge and the oak finish keeps the space looking clean rather than industrial. Would buy again.
Transformed the hallway

Lovely in the bedroom
Took a while to get used to the click system at first but once you've done a few rows it becomes second nature. The colour is warm and the herringbone layout adds real character to the room. End result is stunning — worth the extra effort.

Looks great, feels solid
Fitted this last weekend across the open plan kitchen and dining area — about 30 square metres in total. The rigid core is noticeable in a good way, no hollow sound when you walk on it. The Victor Oak colour is classic without being boring. Very satisfied.
Great herringbone look for less
Was expecting it to look a bit flat given the price point but honestly it photographs beautifully and in person it's even better. The rigid core means there's no flex or give when you walk on it, which I always find reassuring. Fitted the living room extension last month and we're delighted.
