Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.

This product comes with a 25 Years manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Brilliant
Love it, great quality.
Utility room and landing — both done
Used this across two areas and it ties the whole ground floor together really nicely. Colour is consistent between packs which I was a bit concerned about beforehand. Very pleased. Slight gripe is I'd love a slightly wider plank option, but that's just personal taste, the product itself is great.
Perfect for our extension
We had underfloor heating put in the extension and needed something compatible. This ticks all the boxes. Warm underfoot, easy to live with, and the finish matches our existing floor better than I expected from online photos.

Much better than our old laminate
Genuinely surprised by the quality. The previous floor in our living room was 8mm laminate and felt hollow in comparison — this SPC has a completely different feel, much more solid and stable. Colour is lovely too, not too warm, not too cold. Fitted it ourselves with no real issues.

Wasn't sure about ordering flooring online but it arrived well packaged, no damage, and the quality is exactly what I hoped for. The 6.5mm thickness gives it a good substantial feel underfoot. Going in the bedroom next.
Impressed from start to finish
Ordered enough for the whole downstairs — hallway, living room and dining area. All arrived on time, well protected. The planks themselves are lovely quality, proper rigid core so there's no give or flex. We had a couple of boards that had the tiniest cosmetic mark on the surface but honestly it's not noticeable once laid. Overall really pleased and would recommend.
Conservatory floor sorted
Was worried about temperature changes in the conservatory but this has held up really well through a warm summer. No warping, no gaps appearing. Looks smart too.

Slightly darker than the photos
The colour came up a bit deeper than it looked on screen, but honestly I actually prefer it in person — it looks richer. The boards are a good weight, click system works well, and it's been down three months now with no issues at all.

Living room transformed
Our old carpet was a disaster — this has completely changed the feel of the room. Light, modern look and it clicks together nicely. Took me and my partner a Saturday afternoon to do the whole space. Very happy.
Took a bit longer to fit than I expected
The click system took some getting used to around the doorframes and tricky corners, but once I got the hang of it the boards went down smoothly. End result is stunning — gives the hallway a really upmarket feel. Worth the effort.
So pleased with how this turned out
