Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.
Warranty
This product comes with a 25 Years manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Does exactly what it should
Practical, looks good, clicks together cleanly. Make sure you let it acclimatise for 48 hours before fitting — makes a difference. Living room looks completely different now, much cleaner and more modern than the carpet we pulled up.

Colour is slightly different to photos but I actually prefer it
Expected it to be a cooler grey tone based on the product images, but in person it's a touch warmer. Initially a bit thrown by that but honestly it suits the room better than what I had in mind. Quality feels premium, very solid underfoot.
Much better than our old laminate
Our previous floor was a cheap laminate from years ago that had started warping near the patio doors. This SPC is completely waterproof so no more worrying about that. The rigid core feels noticeably more solid than laminate at this thickness, and the stone look ties in perfectly with our kitchen tiles.

Really impressed with the quality for the price. The stone effect is convincing up close and the floor feels properly sturdy — you can tell the rigid core is doing its job. Fitted the kitchen-diner and had a few boards left over which was reassuring.

Ordered enough for the bedroom and landing. Colour matched the pictures well and fitting was straightforward. Only minor gripe is I'd have liked a slightly wider board option in this same design, but the standard width looks fine. Solid product.
Fitted it myself — no issues
Was worried about fitting it myself as I'd never done flooring before. Turns out it's dead easy. The click system locks together nicely and the boards feel really robust. Laid it in the kitchen and conservatory over two days. Looks fantastic.

Easy fit, smart finish
Fitted this across the utility room and downstairs loo over a weekend. Click system was straightforward once you got the knack of it — first row took the longest but after that it flew. Looks smart, very much like real stone.
Took longer to fit than expected but worth it
We've got an awkward room with a chimney breast and a couple of doorways, so cutting around everything took ages. That's not really a product complaint though — once it was down it looked absolutely stunning. The stone effect has a really natural variation to it, doesn't look repetitive.
Perfect for our extension
We needed something that could handle a fair bit of foot traffic and also look good. This ticks both boxes. The 6.5mm gives it a proper substantial feel — not at all like thinner vinyl click I've tried before. Stone finish is convincing. Would buy again.
