Acclimatisation
Allow your flooring to acclimatise in the room where it will be installed for at least 48 hours before fitting. Keep packs sealed and lay them flat.
Warranty
This product comes with a 25 Years manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Does exactly what it says
Does exactly what it should.
Perfect for our extension
Went throughout the whole ground floor extension. Fits beautifully, warm underfoot, and the colour photograph matched the actual product really well which I was worried about. Delivery was fast too.
Took a bit of patience but worth it
Not going to lie, the first few rows took longer than I expected while I got used to the click system. But once I had the technique down it went fast and the end result is genuinely stunning. The thickness makes it feel really solid — none of that hollow tap you get with cheaper floors. Four stars only because the instructions in the box could be clearer.

Transformed the hallway
Our old carpet was absolutely battered — this has made the hallway look like a completely different house. The 6.5mm feels solid and premium, not at all hollow when you walk on it. Very happy.
Decent floor, minor quibble
Overall really happy with this. The quality is clear and it's gone down well in our kitchen-diner. Only minor thing is one board in the pack had a slight mark on the surface — not a big deal as I had offcuts to spare, but worth mentioning. Everything else was spot on.
Perfect for the downstairs loo
Needed something waterproof for a small wet room situation and this ticked every box. The rigidity of the SPC means no flexing underfoot even in a small space, and it clicked together really neatly around the awkward bits. Looks far more expensive than it is.
Impressed with the quality
Was a bit sceptical about ordering flooring online but this arrived well-packaged and the quality is obvious straight away. Laid it in the living room over a weekend — the click system is satisfying to use once you get the hang of the angle. Looks premium, feels premium. Would definitely order again.
Much better than our old laminate
Switched from a cheap 8mm laminate and the difference is noticeable — this feels more rigid and solid underfoot, and obviously no worries about water damage near the kitchen sink. The SPC core really does make a difference. Would recommend to anyone upgrading from a basic laminate.

Really pleased overall
Went down in our bedroom and landing. The colour is a really nice warm tone — slightly different from the product photo actually, a touch darker, but I think I prefer it in real life. Feels very substantial for a vinyl click. Only knocking one star because I wish there were more colour options in this range.
Solid choice for the kitchen
Fitted this across our open-plan kitchen and dining area last month. The click system is genuinely easy to work with — even my husband who's never laid flooring before managed most of it himself. Feels really substantial underfoot, which I wasn't expecting at this price point. Colour is spot on too, nice neutral tone that goes with everything.
